Iran’s newly appointed Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei was a no-show at his own succession rally in Tehran — and observers speculate that he’s either wounded or hiding out in fear.
As thousands gathered on Monday to celebrate Khamenei’s appointment as the country’s new supreme leader, the nepo-baby mullah was represented by a mere portrait — one that was half the size of dad Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s.
The portrait of the dead leader took up the center of the stage, according to state media footage of the event.
“It’s either he’s out cold in a hospital, or he’s scared and hiding in the deepest bunker they have after seeing his dad be turned into red mist,” Khosro Isfahani, the research director for the National Union for Democracy in Iran (NUFDI) think tank, said of the missing Khamenei.
Isfahani told The Post that Khamenei lacks public support and was only appointed to the position because of pressure from the powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
“He has the charisma of a boiled potato,” Isfahani quipped.

Can’t blame him for hiding since he would be air-striked
New Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei suffered fractured foot, face injuries on first day of Iran war: reports
If he shows up, we’ll take care of the boiling part. Perhaps we can use the new De-Ayatollahizer.
Pronto.
He’s not the gentle avuncular giant of a man his dad was.
Maybe he did already parish. Thats just my theory.
The emperor has no clothes.
And evidently no body to put them on if he had clothes.
“”””He’s not the gentle avuncular giant of a man his dad was.””””
Well, he’s no cardboard cutout of his father, that much is true.
‘The charisma of a boiled potato’
An insult to boiled potatoes... I love ‘em.
Hmm......I wonder why?
The guy knows he’s a target & is hiding out.
I hope we take him out just like his predecessor.
Well the last Ayatollah was killed and the country admitted to it, not sure why they would be in denial mode now
Hell, the Israelis said they intend to assassinate him as fast as they can, and they are the world champion gold medalists in assassinations and have been for 2000+ years.
He was wise not to go!
That would have gotten a “C” as a junior high school project...
This may be off subject, but the pictures in that article show a lot of Ayatollah Nepo-Raghead supporters. Where are all those anti-Ayatollah protestors that we were told about before the strikes? Is there any internal resistance to the Mullahocracy or are they just waiting for us to do everything?
Veg-O-Magic.
So he doesn’t want to follow his father into Martyrdom?
