Two young children and a woman suffered burns after multiple manhole covers exploded in lower Manhattan Thursday afternoon, cops and sources said.

The sudden blast occurred just before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Warren and Church Streets in Tribeca, injuring a 2-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy, and a 57-year-old woman, according to police and sources.
