Certainly by now there must be one or more summaries published, applicable to Rep. Ilhan Omar, of allegations that could lead to Omar's de-naturalization with regard to citizenship. We are looking for such summaries.
We believe the allegation that Ilhan Omar and a blood brother of hers did apply for a marriage license and did follow through with a filing of a certificate of marriage, and that they did so to commit immigration fraud, allowing Ilhan a residence status in the United States.
So, marrying her own brother for the purpose of committing immigration fraud would be one item in such a summary of allegations (potential criminal charges and complaints) as we are seeking.
We strongly suspect Ilhan Omar's involvement in the multi-billion dollar fraud schemes being reported and investigated in Minnesota, and this might be another item included in such a summary as we are seeking.
How many more items might there be? Who is publishing summaries of allegations applicable to Ilhan Omar that could possibly lead to here de-naturalization, or even her arrest(s) and trial(s), and beyond?
Perhaps I have missed one or more such summaries on Free Republic. If so, would anyone care to link previous articles or posts? Would any Freepers have at hand links to such summaries?
We appreciate attention to this, not just for me, but many more Americans need to be introduced to crimes alleged against Ilhan Omar. We want to help in such a project of introducing it to others, and the work of pushing this in front of our own elected officials.

There are probably dozens of allegations that might stick and three or four positive and definite instances of wrongdoing on her part that would lead and should lead to an immediate deportation, but I believe the reason why she is still here infesting our country is because she serves as a very valuable useful idiot
She serves as a role model for all things liberal and stands out as a typical democrat. And as such, she actually serves a useful purpose as most of the nation recoils in abject horror at the very fact of her, and as a result, drives more people to the right side politically.
Justice must be done, and justice must be seen to be done. She should be investigated, and when found guilty, stripped of her status and deported.
She may not be a citizen at all.
There are several possible reasons why she may not be a citizen. I believe that IF she was a minor at the time that her father became a citizen, then she would qualify.
However, it is possible that she has lied about her age and she may have been 18 when her father became a citizen. That means she didn’t become a citizen. Additionally, it’s not really clear that her father ever really became a citizen, in which case her age really wouldn’t matter in the first place.
There is just a lot going on with her, and no one seems interested in pursuing any of it.
At the same time, if she didn't marry her brother wouldn't she be screaming like a banshee a la her performance at the SOTU?
She’s the one who married her brother. What else needs to be known?

Ilhan Omar has no criminal convictions and has never been indicted or charged with any crime as of February 2026.

Past state-level campaign finance findings resulted only in civil/administrative penalties (repayments and fines), not criminal charges.
No. They are investigating and you will see nothing unless there is an indictment.

Look. They either have something on her or they don’t. If they do they’re not doing their job. This is nothing more than the birth certificate all over again.

You ask a worthy question.
However, simply having to ask the question points to the sorry state of the DOJ and FBI.
Not to mention the fecklessness of the congressional office holders in the Republican wing of the uniparty.
Blondi and Kash are more show boaters than grinders.
Which means they have prioritized institutional gatekeeping as well as being reactive rather than proactive.
I have a simple litmus test which indicates to me how ineffective both have been.
The fact the name Ray Epps has yet be on their radar or cross their lips tells me everything I need to know about this DOJ and FBI.
Omar is toast.She and her husband bilked the feds with fraud schemes in the millions gleaned from the Somali Community in Minnesota and invested in a California winery, and there is likely lots more sent to Somalia that we do not know of as traceable.
I imagine Ilhan Omar is a high interest item with the CIA because of the money laundering that has gone on to fund the Terrorist organizations linked to Somalia.The minute she travels outside the USA, I predict she likely will have an accident.
The FBI is investigating her now, and JD Vance is the New Fraud Czar......Omar is toast.
