King Charles’ new $410,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II luxury SUV has made its debut after it was gifted to the British Royal Family by the King of Bahrain.

The monarchy of the United Kingdom is not unfamiliar with luxury cars – the late Queen Elizabeth II had her own superb private fleet of vehicles at her disposal.

Many of these were passed to the King, but he’s had a new car delivered as a Coronation gift from the King of Bahrain.

This Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II is worth more than $400,000, and it’s now been seen on the Mall in London with an interesting license plate.

King Charles III was meeting the ambassador at St. James’s Palace.

This car will reportedly only be used on official occasions, and not for personal use by the Royal Family.

A nod and a tribute to the late Queen Mother
The license plate read simply: NL2.

We’ll that’s nice, but Trump was given a $400 million jumbo jet.

Give Trump a lollipop, and the Dems are out to impeach him. But Barack and Michelle receive mansions, and the Dems ignore that. I hope King Charles enjoys his ride, but his handlers probably won't let him drive it.

The Ambassador probably wishes he was in the auto. Those carriages are said to be very uncomfortable.

...while the peasants are forced into electric vehicles and pay “congestion pricing” fees for the privilege of driving on the King’s roads.

The Queen mother’s plate was ‘NLT1’.

I think it’s ‘NLT2’.

His Grandmother’s was NLT1.

I’m not sure the plate was meant to signify anything, at least publicly. But the plate on the new car is apparently in memory of the Queen Mum.

It obviously is pricey but totally bland and unspectacular. Nothing like the classy curvy cars of yesteryear.

Do people actually take $410,000 luxury vehicles onto the street?

I don’t think they do overtly ‘spectacular’.

Didn’t we fight a war a few hundred years ago to NOT care about this stuff?

I was at a Palm Beach Charity event and overheard a comment to someone who had gone to an appointment that afternoon over in West Palm Beach. They said, "Did you really take the Bentley over there?"

Life is not easy when one has assets.

We fought a war to become an independent Republic.

It didn’t dictate what we could ‘care’ about.

In some places like Greenwich, Hamptons and Palm Beach people often take cars worth over a million and park outside. Even sports cars that belong on the track some people will show off in town.

The valet wont even drive it or take the key. They will just give such a customer the closest spot right by the door. Having a car like that in front of your venue is advertising in itself.
