The health issues included lymphedema and fluid buildup in her lungs, with the source saying the fluid was a possible factor in her death. A cause of death is not yet known.
Pierce, who was once known as the 'world's fattest woman' after weighing in at 778 pounds, chronicled her efforts to lose weight on the TLC series, where she would drop 282 pounds.

I remember her story, very sad..many on that show have ended up dying even some who lost a lot of weight, RIP
Healthy at any size! Lies! Lies!
If you go to Daily Mail to watch that film about Charity, gird your loins! It shows her going through various acts of daily living, disrobing, getting into the shower, and yes, even sitting on the toilet!! She must have been getting paid a princely sum to allow a camera crew into the bathroom and bedroom with her. What did she spend all those earnings on?
One guess immediately comes to mind.
Read this story and then go watch a video by one of a thousand “fat activists” who say that being fat is a legitimate lifestyle choice. Obese people die young. That is a fact that our Woke culture can’t change with all the fat acceptance in the world.
A trip to Wonka World?
It’s going to have to be cremation. There is no other way.
No team of pallbearers would accept that unsafe duty.
She would require a Coffin-Built-For-Two.
We’re gonna need a bigger oven…
Dead at 50?
What took her so long? Terminally obese people usually check out sooner.
This month, following new years resolutions, Planet Fitness gym is full of seriously obese patrons. I visit various doctors for routine check ups. Always present in examining and waiting areas are special and very wide fat chairs.
Medicare will be saved by obesity
If she hadn’t lost all that weight, she probably would have been dead sooner. At least she was able to get up and walk around. She dropped a lot of weight.
This is like the “World’s Oldest Person”, don’t expect to hold the title for long.
All lifestyles are equally valid, because it’s about acceptance or feelings, or something
“My 600 Pound Death” would be accurate.
Ever notice, you never see really old fat people? Like ever? It’s a Mystery
Tons of unhealthy junk food.
Big time (no pun intended).
Pierce, who was once known as the ‘world’s fattest woman’ after weighing in at 778 pounds. What do you eat to get that heavy?
That is a leftist lie, not a general one.
$9.99 all-you-can-eat buffets of fried foods, three times a day. Or, pay once in the morning and just sit there all day. Get wheeled in and out.
