Loaded P320, at least 1 loaded clip. There is only one logical reason he showed up on the scene with that mush ammo. He hoped to provoke ICE into shooting at him and/or so he could shoot at them. IMHO
Reports are that his Parents warned him not to engage with ICE agents. This suggests he was expressing a desire to confront ICE agents.
Rittenhouse was armed as a self-defense measure and to provide a deterrent to those seeking to destroy private property. He shoot at people who were attacking him. That is qualitatively different than seeking a potentially violent confrontation with ICE agents while armed.
The videos show ICE agents approaching him, contradicting the initial DHS statement.
Thank you. One of my pet peeves.
As Camille Paglia told idiot feminists, “yes you have the right to go walking in Central Park at 2 in the morning, but, c’mon, girl, where is your brain?” This guy’s father told him to not go doing something stupid. He should have listened to his father.
Time out. I haven't seen anyone saying he didn't have the right. I'm saying as are others, that carrying when you know damn well you are going to be in a confrontation with LEOs is a damn foolish thing to do. The guy FA and won the grand prize.
I heard yesterday that in Minnesota conceal carry training stresses multiple times that even with the permit, carrying in a protest IS ILLEGAL.
I’m just sayin’.
It is generally legal for individuals with a valid permit to conceal or open carry at a public protest in Minnesota, as state law does not explicitly prohibit it. Licensed individuals may also carry at the state capitol, though restrictions exist for specific, secure, or prohibited locations like schools or courthouses.
Legality: There is no specific statute in Minnesota prohibiting firearms at protests.
Permit Requirement: While carrying, a person must have their permit and photo ID on them.
Context Matters: While legal, carrying in a crowded or volatile protest setting can still lead to legal risks, particularly if a person intervenes in law enforcement actions.
Restrictions: Federal law still applies, prohibiting guns in federal buildings, and certain state-run areas may have restrictions.
Do you mean when police units thanked Rittenhouse and gave him bottles of water?
Rittenhouse was not a protester or rioter, he was there protecting a friend's business.
USA Today (August 29, 2020): Fact check: Police gave Kyle Rittenhouse water and thanked him before shooting
Police officer (over a loudspeaker): “You need water? Seriously. (unintelligible) You need water?”
Rittenhouse, raising his arm and walking toward the police vehicle: “We need water.”
Police officer: “We’ll throw you one.”
Rittenhouse then walks out into the street amid several police vehicles, holding his hand in the air for a water bottle. An officer surfaces from a hatch at the top of the police vehicle and tosses a water bottle to a person located just out of the camera’s view, where Rittenhouse would likely be standing based on the preceding footage.
Police officer: “We got a couple. We’ve got to save a couple, but we’ll give you a couple. We appreciate you guys, we really do.”

I suspect any social media he had has been erased - and/or is being surpressed.
Remember how the media surpressed the manifesto written by the trans shooter in Nashville:
“The writings of Audrey Hale, the transgender shooter in the 2023 Nashville Covenant School shooting, have been largely suppressed from public release. A judge ruled in July 2024 that the documents will not be released to the general public, citing concerns over trauma to victims’ families and the risk of inspiring copycat attacks.”
Same will happen here if anything is found - an Obama/Biden/Clinton judge will rule that none of it is to be released.
Just quoting from an article that it’s a Sig P320 AXG Combat model, 21 rds capacity, $1200-1600 plus optic. I’ve seen several articles about the gun with different values. The point being that this is a more serious weapon than say a S&W Shield.
That was true, right up to the point he started committing felonies.
He scrubbed his social media before heading out the door, likely covering up his Felony Conspiracy.
After that, once he committed Felony Interference as well as Aiding and Abetting, he forfeited any right he had to carry a weapon.
What is the make and model of the weapon?
Yeah, he was tall, thin, and wearing winter clothing. He didn't need to select a compact or subcompact handgun.
The longer videos show him out in the street blocking traffic while filming.
He inserted himself into the roadway and then inserted himself into the interaction between the ICE agent and the female "protester".
He simped, played the white knight, and paid for it.
I’ve been approached by the police many times. I’ve never been shot. ICE was trying to do their job. If he had followed their orders he would still be alive.
Democrats are the real threat to a Democracy/Republic. If they don’t like a law than they should try and change it using their representative. Instead they try and interfere with the lawful actions of ICE.
When was that?
Clips are for little girls’ hair. The sidearm carried by the idiot takes magazines, not clips.
“He did not have a clip.”
He may have been wearing a hair clip. Or maybe he had a paperclip.
Where and when did he buy the weapon and what shooting range did he use? Was he a member of the John Brown Gun Club?
Do you have a link? I have found nothing except he was divorced after a brief marriage, but only a few positive remarks about him by her.
