Loaded P320, at least 1 loaded clip. There is only one logical reason he showed up on the scene with that mush ammo. He hoped to provoke ICE into shooting at him and/or so he could shoot at them. IMHO

And why did he need to carry 60 bullets? (I read that somewhere.)
Nothing unusual about that. Many concealed carry holders do. Biggest cause of jams are bad magazines. What is unusual IMHO is carrying a full sized combat style weapon worth $2,000 with a $600 optic. Not a common style concealed carry.
He did not have a clip.
He did not carry bullets.
Are you serious? The nurse is most likely a Lib and there’s no love lost there, but it is shocking how anti 2A the ‘Right’ can get when it’s convenient. The Lib had a right to have a firearm and to carry magazines (not clips, magazines …). I am surprised how anti 2A people are getting just because it’s ’their guy’ who got shot and ‘our guy’ on the political side.
Where was such thinking when Kyle Rittenhouse showed up at the Kenosha riots with an AR-pattern rifle and actually shot at people. Or was that OK because in that instance it was ‘our guy.’
Where was that thinking when brave patriots showed up to protest against COVID regulations, all carrying rifles and dressed in camo?
Do people not understand they are using the same talking points as Beto ORouke? Or that the silly stuff FBI Director Kash Patel is saying WILL BE USED in the future as evidence ‘even Conservatives agree no guns are allowed at protests’ when the Democrats eventually get back in power.
The Lib, silly as he is, had every right to carry a pistol, to carry as many clips …erm, magazines …as he wanted to, as any American has. In the same way Kyle had every right to walk with a rifle.
Only issue for the Lib is he should have carried something that is not a SiG P320 (real gun guys know why I say that). Additionally, new footage actually shows he was shot after the gun had already been removed and secured by an agent
Correct. Mags are the Achilles heal of a semiautomatic weapon.
Did he have a pic of Lenin in his dining room?
Idiot.
No one is questioning his 2nd amendment rights.
The question is why he brought the gun and the clip to a possibly confrontational situation with ICE?
Keep your mouth shut and off my posts you ignorant jagoff
source?
Not a problem. ICE was kind enough to leave him with a few.
Honestly, he looked like a wimp, a nancy nurse boi headed for a jail house reaming
from his new best friends. The LEOs saved him a lot of pain and humiliation.
And another perq was that his death was instant. He didn't linger for a week in ICU
in pain with the life slowly ebbing out of him.
Insults are childish. Have a blessed day.
Your brain is childish. STFU or....
Insults are childish. So are threats, but I am curious …or what?
Are there any illegal Somalians being rounded up in MSP?
What kind of Furrie did he identify as?

Regards,
Cool down Az Joe - I think you misjudge the comments of Cobra64. He (she?) was merely commenting that the word clip is not used in proper firearm stories. The semi-automatic (I think it was an Sig Sauer p365 is fed rounds, not bullets, by using a magazine. Clips are not used by handguns (Although KelTec has a new one that claims to use them). They use magazines that have rounds in them, not bullets. Never hurts to use proper language when writing about firearms. The anti-gunners claim every gun is an AR15, and it’s not. Precision is important when writing about firearms because the AG’ers don’t. Just saying.
Gwjack
I don’t see anyone saying that Mr. Pretti didn’t have the right to carry. But the 2nd amendment isn’t some kind of bullet-proof vest. Sure Pretti can pack a weapon into an altercation with armed federal agents, but that doesn’t mean that agents have to ignore the risk posed by the man’s weapon. The fact that he was armed worked against him in this situation. Them’s the breaks. You pay your money, you take your chances. Pretti was playing with fire when he decided to carry into a physical skirmish with armed federal agents. Sorry, but he picked this fight. He went looking for trouble, and he found it. FAFO, as the kids say.
