Court documents revealed that the woman murdered at the Morgantown Motel was the suspect’s sister.
Karol Crosco, 49, of Garrett County, Md., stabbed the woman in the chest and told police he had bought the murder weapon — a kitchen knife, which was found at the scene covered in blood — on the day prior with the intention of killing his sister.
Crosco also told police he stole the car specifically to drive to his sister’s motel room.

I grew up with a guy named Franni, he moved to our school from Alaska and believe me, the last thing you wanted to do was get caught by him making fun of his name.

He got hung with the nickname “Blubber Nugget” and he was perfectly fine with it, even our teachers called him that when they wanted his attention

I lived in Southern Oregon where a huge fraction of the local nearly perfectly white population was on all the usual public assistance programs. I played volley ball with a bunch of ex cons. I can tell you that every malady of welfarism is color blind. Every sort of thing that is endemic to inner city blacks is available in rural whites if you sign them up for welfare.

And since most criminality is within your own race, blacks bear the vast brunt of black violence, which is awful. But you can’t even start discussing the real solution, the removal of welfare, because *some* people will call you racist, even though your motivation is to help blacks out of the mayhem.

That's a shame. In the "working people" neighborhoods of Philadelphia, "Franny" or "Fran" are completely acceptable, affectionate names for any male named Francis. Philly has several unique nicknaming customs, and this is one of them.
