Hilton Corporate has finally taken action against the despicable ‘independent’ Hilton hotel in Minneapolis that banned ICE and DHS agents, thanks to the dogged efforts of independent conservative journalist Nick Sortor.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Department of Homeland Security’s X account shared a disturbing email on Monday showing that Hilton Hotels had abruptly cancelled reservations for DHS officers in Minneapolis for daring to round up dangerous illegal aliens.
The specific Hilton hotel in question is the Hampton Inn Lakeville property.
“After further investigation online, we have found information about immigration work connected to your name, and we will be canceling your reservation,” the email read.
In another email, the hotel warned patrons that “if you are DHS or immigration, please let us know, as we will have to cancel your reservation.”
After the DHS rightfully expressed its outrage, Hilton Corporate announced in a statement that it would investigate the matter.
Hilton Corporate later released a statement saying they had been in touch with the hotel’s independent ownership, Everpeak, who apologized and assured them the situation had been rectified. DHS agents would supposedly be allowed to return to the establishment.
But Sortor went to the hotel Monday night and quickly discovered that the statement was an outright lie.
The journalist went to the front desk and asked the front desk to book some rooms for DHS agents. He had previously conducted research and knew that there were 10 rooms available.
But the front desk clerk informed Sortor that the anti-immigration law enforcement order remained in effect, contrary to management’s previous statement. He made it clear that he had just spoken to the owner, who confirmed that no changes had been made.

Following the release of Sortor’s video, Hilton released a statement calling out the owner for lying and announced they were taking “immediate action” to remove the hotel from their systems.
From Hilton:
The independent hotel owner had assured us that they had fixed the problem and published a message confirming this. A recent video clearly raises concerns that they are not meeting our standards and values.
As such, we are taking immediate action to remove this hotel from our systems. Hilton is and has always been and remains a welcoming place for all.
thanks
Em…Hilton ‘says” bla bla bla
They didn’t t
Do anything according to this. Even after they were caught not having done anything
My understanding is that Hilton Hotels has terminated the franchise effective immediately.

Did you read what you sent me?
Hilton says they’re terminating them. They haven’t done so
I stayed there in 2023 for 3 nights. Was not part of this ownership group then. Was a great location. Had a pretty good steak at a bar across the interstate.
Bravo!
.
While I do still surmise near every housekeeper there is an illegal alien from South of the border, the rest of the staff are family members on “H1B” or “O1 extraordinary talent” visas.
Per ChatGPT
Reported Individual Owners
According to multiple recent local reports and public records referenced in news accounts, Lakeville Hotel LLC is owned by four Indian-American partners who purchased the hotel in 2025 for about $15 million:
✔️ Parmjit Singh
✔️ Amanpreet Hundal
✔️ Karandeep Nagra
✔️ Mohinderjeet Kaur
I usually stay exclusively at Hampton Inns.
Aw shucks. I didn’t know they were part of Hilton. I’m fine not staying at any Hilton based hotels or franchises. I’m past the point of any company issuing “apologies” when they get exposed.
“even immigrant business owners can develop liberal insufferable self-righteousness if they want to”
I wonder who wrote their reservation cancellations though. In my experience Indians (upper caste as demonstrated by the last names) are pretty savvy business owners and will do whatever they can to earn money. I wonder if they hired some college graduate who had a “hospitality degree” from a liberal college who wrote it. Can’t tell since the email address name was blacked out.
Free accommodations for all ICE members for the next 90 days would go a long way towards stopping lawsuits.
Just sayin’....
It does make sense. If Everpeak (the franchisee) is operating mutliple Hilton brands under license, a full divorce between Hilton & Everpeak is in order.
Hilton Corp is responsible for all franchise behavior — just like the Pope is responsible for all pedo priests.
DJT should issue an order that no gov’mt business be conducted with any Hilton facility anywhere in the world. Blacklist them. Tell gov’mt employees that if they submit an expense account for any Hilton services/products they will be fired.
A business is responsible for all activities done in its name. None of this “Oh, they are an affiliate, we don’t control.” BShitte. If your name is on them, you have some control. So, either exercise that control or you are gonna be like BudLight and Jaguar.
That’s a good sign!
-Indian ownership of franchise? **
Where’s this? Cleveland?
I think you’re mostly likely correct
Wow. That’s a bit harsh. I think Hilton was pretty proactive here and very likely the owners are going to lose a pretty substantial investment. Why does Hilton deserve the wrath of God punishment when they fixed the issue decisively and very quickly?
“They would have to change their signs to OYO?”
I recently saw a hotel the next town over with OYO on the sign. WTF?
I think they buy properties that even Motel 6 has given up on. They are like half-way houses.
