Top FBI Whistleblower Kyle Seraphin Exclusively Reveals The Latest Details On The Pipe Bombing Suspect's Alibi, And Three Other Major Developments That Threaten To End The Federal Case Against The Apparent Patsy Brian Cole

Transcript Summary
The transcript is from an Alex Jones show segment featuring guest Kyle Seraphin (former FBI agent) discussing the federal case against Brian Cole Jr., arrested as the alleged January 5, 2021, pipe bomber.Key points raised:
- Brian Cole Jr. was initially charged via a criminal complaint in U.S. District Court (federal level), requiring either a grand jury indictment or a preliminary hearing to establish probable cause.
- A preliminary hearing was scheduled for December 30, 2025, where the defense could challenge the government's evidence.
- The defense, described as aggressive former U.S. attorneys from Tennessee, insisted on proceeding with the hearing.
- The DOJ reportedly sought delays to avoid the hearing, where defense attorneys could present arguments.
- On December 29, the DOJ obtained an indictment from a D.C. Superior Court grand jury (local level) in an attempt to bypass the federal preliminary hearing.
- Speakers claim this maneuver is irregular, as a Superior Court indictment does not automatically apply in federal District Court, and describe it as a "Hail Mary" to avoid showing probable cause before a judge.
Exculpatory evidence highlighted:- New video analysis (from The Blaze, Steve Baker, and X user Armitas) shows a vehicle matching Cole's blue 2017 Nissan Sentra (make, model, factory wheels, silhouette) driving in Washington, D.C., around 8:04 p.m. on January 5, 2021.
- At the same time, the pipe bomber was on foot more than a mile away planting bombs (active on foot from ~7:34–8:18 p.m.).
- The vehicle's route aligns with cell phone ping locations the DOJ cited, suggesting Cole was driving, not walking.
- Speakers argue this provides a strong alibi, creating reasonable doubt and indicating the government may have the wrong person.
Additional claims:- Cole has diagnosed autism and obsessive-compulsive disorder, has no criminal record, and worked as a DoorDash driver.
- The DOJ is accused of panicking because their evidence cannot meet even the low probable cause standard when scrutinized.
- Speakers assert the case is falling apart, criticizing DOJ/FBI handling and suggesting broader institutional issues.
The segment focuses primarily on alleging prosecutorial misconduct and weak evidence in the pipe bomber case.

He made a confession? Feds and cops are famous for their ability to manufacture confessions.... especially with a mentally slow autistic kid.

“It is documented that he has serious mental/emotional issues.
Just the type who are easily suggestible, and the usual Deep State patsy.”
He’s no doubt easily suggestible but it seems his disabilities would make it very unlikely he could maintain a story planted in his head. I’d think a competent defense attorney could quickly pick that apart (assuming the defense attorney’s not a Deep Stater).

“If Brian Cole is not the one who planted those pipe bombs, why has he confessed to doing, and confessed more than one time?”
He’s a retard. He had no lawyer. They come in heavy, threatening him, threatening his family, who knows? They have done it before numerous times. Richard Jewell was a classic example... god rest his soul.
Also the FBI famously does not record interviews. They write notes afterwards of their characterization of the interview.
The agent says you placed that bomb! Incredulous suspect says “I placed that bomb?! Agent writes “Suspect said” “I placed that bomb”.
They are sneaks and untrustworthy. Efram Zimbalist Junior died in 2014.

...it seems his disabilities would make it very unlikely he could maintain a story planted in his head. So he's disabled enough to not be able to keep his story straight, but not too disabled to be able to build and plant bombs.
OOoookay.

He realized that all of DC fully supports the swamp and he was wasting his time. Might as well go be rich and keep your marriage. Thinking you will disband the FBI or CIA or the swamp is a fools errand. At some point on the Titanic, you may as well find a lifeboat.

I don’t rule that out. Some autistic people have extreme technical skills (not that building a pipe even requires extreme technical skill, by most definitions), and it’s known that he can drive (and presumably lay a box on the ground).
But I do think it’s very unlikely that an autistic person could maintain a fabricated story, planted in their heads, under extreme scrutiny, which he’ll no doubt undergo. I don’t see those two possibilities as contradictory in the least. OOoookay?

I think we may be seeing such if there is a traffic cam video.
I would suspect Cole told his attorney he was not at the J6 location and was driving (door dash?).
Attorney found his door dash? route and searched traffic cams at intersections Cole would cross, thus the time stamped evidence of vehicle & driver.

Thomas Massie asked them why they stopped looking when they found the second bomb. How did they know there were no more bombs to find?
He said it was the most awkward moment of silence he has ever experienced with the FBI.

An autistic kid is a CIA operative? Nope. The autistic black guy is a patsy.
A woman who worked for the DC police and later the CIA was identified independently as the person who planted the bombs. Very inconvenient. She was deep state Washington DC law enforcement to the core. Didn't look good at all.
So the government pushed her "off stage" and suddenly started talking about this autistic black kid who appeared out of nowhere. Problem solved.
