I’m absolutely flabbergasted, and you will be too.
So, before I started writing for the day, I was looking for value in sports bets just to get a few in before the evening grind. One of the ways that I do this is by scrolling down my Twitter timeline, scanning for numbers and seeing if anything pops. From there, I get all scientific with it, but that’s another story for another day.
I want to tell you what I came across while doing this, and it will absolutely blow your mind. (I actually took a break from looking for bets to get right on this, that’s how insane this is)
There are this Twitter account named @NFL_is_scripted, and there’s only 10 tweets that it’s published, with all of them being connected to Super Bowl 50 between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers. The Broncos ultimately won this game, 24-10.
@NFL_is_scripted started out their short series of tweets saying that it found evidence that the NFL has “scripts” for their games.
We’ve found evidence that the NFL creates “scripts” for how some of their games should go. Here’s what’ll happen in SB50:

They then proceed to tweet out what will happen in Super Bowl 50, and you can verify it yourself at ESPN, they literally got everything correct. Mind you, it posted this information (Feb. 1—3, 2016) days before SB50, which was held Feb. 7, 2016.

C.J. Anderson scored a 2-yard touchdown run (Broncos also got a two-point conversion) — 7/7.
@NFL_is_scripted also dished out before the Super Bowl that Denver was going to win (8/8) and by a 24-10 score (9/9).
Denver will win.

Final score: 24 – 10

I don’t even know how to react to this … my mind is completely blown … and quite frankly, I’m starting to think maybe the league is rigged. (And FYI, I couldn’t find any verifiable evidence that any tweets have been deleted. This appears to be a real situation.)
What the hell is going on?

I’m absolutely flabbergasted …Are you? I’m not. Been hearing about this for decades.
Yeah
The NFL is to complex to script THAT completely. So the cheaters cheated.
Fake time stamps perhaps?
Aw, that’s what they said about professional wrestling.
It has been rumored for years that the referees are to look the other way on certain teams penalties.........
It was obvious.
If the NFL was rigged, the Cowboys would make the playoffs every season.
I am shocked! Shocked! To hear that the NFL—and probably NCAA Division 1A college football—are rigged!
Lions called for roughing the kicker during pre game warm up.
15 yard penalty applied at opening kick off.

To this day, one of the most bizarre plays in any NFL game.
I can’t believe Daily Caller posted this.
The reason no one noticed it BEFORE the game is it was a new account and private. He posts a bunch of guesses and I mean a bunch! Then he proceeds to delete everything that is wrong AFTER the game.
Then goes public and voila...
Did the Kansas City Chiefs make the playoffs this year? They did for a long time.
It’s one thing if the NFL puts his thumb on the scale but it would be pretty hard to script some of these things. First of all, do you really think there are players or coaches that would not go along with this? It’s one thing for the head of officiating to tell officials don’t call holds against this team or something. But even professional wrestling can’t be completely scripted because things don’t just happen in a certain way. Are people saying any quarterback could throw a 40-yard touchdown on demand?
Jerry Jones and Roger Goodell do not get along...............
I don’t think they script it like that. Too many players having to be in on on it and keep quiet. But I could see them telling the refs how to call it. Flags in key situations can seal the deal and there is a big sentiment in the public that the officiating clearly favors some team for a period of time.
Nope..............
That I believe. And you can see evidence of it. For example, the Chiefs won 12 one score games last year which is statistically almost impossible.
Nah. That’s nothing. Look up when the head female ref gave the Washington Redskins the football saying the Browns fumbled and Skins recovered.
But at the end of hte play you see the Browns have the ball and wasn’t even in the scrum pile. There was no ball in the scrumpile! And the replay officials did NOT overturn it either!
