Of course, they were the ones smart enough not to be put off by bogus government advice to start with—and so presumably more cognitive reserve all along.

Amazing! Another scientist proclaiming cheese is healthy while some other scientist has already proclaimed cheese to be unhealthy!

Yeah, no confusion here. /s

Metabolic Syndrome is what people who eat carbs get. Fat is what people who cure themselves of Metabolic Syndrome eat plenty of.

Maybe they enjoy life and don’t want to die.

Heck, I’m made of cheese and I’ve been known to buy light cream to spike my half and half for my coffee.

There was a very old study done in France...the smell of cheese permeates the country...

They have few heart problems....despite the high fat cheese.

Red Badger: 'Ariel wanting more' - that's me, lying in front of the Cheese Case at the Piggly Wiggly on Tuesday, which is 10% Off Senior Day!

PFSM: I'll look for that Havarti. We just had some that was SUPERB; sis bought it for Beau for his recent birthday. Wish I had kept the label.

Author of this study: Well, DUH! Every cheese lover already knows this! Also - I make sure the puppies I raise get lots and lots of FAT for their developing brains. I keep them on milk replacer (for goats, sheep, calves, colts, kittens and puppies) longer than Beau wants me to, but we have SEEN the results in smarter dogs, shiny fur and bright, inquisitive eyes!
