My thoughts exactly.

And they say all the time they want to “end fossil fuels.” Well, here you go. They should be jumping for joy.

Other refineries will have to pick up the slack. It will raise prices to pay for that.

Victor Davis Hanson also released a video on this issue yesterday. You can watch it here.

Not laughing about the $1.6 billion federal loan guarantee. That money is as good as gone, I’m sure.

That’s a lot of money for a bird incinerator.

Gas prices could rise to $15 a gallon and these idiots would still vote Democrat.

Golden opportunity for the Golden State to double-down on its commitment to Mother Gaia:

1. Accelerate the EV mandate to 1/1/2026 - ban the use of ICE engines in California entirely.

2. Replace the federal tax incentive for EV buyers with a state-income tax - level credit for anybody who buys an EV.

3. Distribute additional wall outlets and covers to all California residents, to provide more access to electric power.

I'm sure there is more, but this is a good start. Finally - a faithful implementation of delusion!

Panicking? Shouldn’t Gavin be ecstatic? After all, exploding fuel prices make EVs seem that much affordable, right? ... And isn’t that what Gavin and the CA greenies wanted anyway: no ICE vehicles on the road ... turns out though, they’re like the dog who liked to chase cars until he caught one ...

I thought I saw somewhere that Shell is leaving too.

Maybe Steve Hilton will win the governor’s race after all.

I know there are some good people in California but unfortunately they are far outnumbered by idealists unable to vote responsibly.

Thus CA will decline further and people will suffer because of extremist policies.

Oregon and Washington will suffer this loss plus the closure of Valero’s California refinery too.

And Arizona. We have special blends mandated for us.

No offense but Newsom doesn't care what businesses flee Cali, he is the temporal leader back by demons at this point in time, i.e. protected politically. How is this guy still living after the LA fires and more perplexing, the response thereof in the face of the grifting after that mismanagement?

Click bait article/video, no thanks. Until the people of California do something physically, reaction articles/videos like this is just similar to a eunuch trying to get a 90 year old female pregnant (Without God's help too).

Oh my goodness, Shell leaving Cali too, for sure the Republican Party will turn Cali solid red all the way down to the school board elections.

Newsom will still have around 240 EV votes by default if he is “anointed” in 2028. Coming up with the other 30 or so might not be hard as well. Chicks really dig him and they vote en mass.

the democrats are very serious about putting fossil fuel industry out of business.
Another method of sabotaging our economy. There are wide spread ramifications to markets.

Valero is reported to be closing its Benicia refinery by April 2026, accepting a $1 billion loss rather than comply with state mandates, resulting in job losses, a 20% budget hit to Benicia, and potential gas supply issues. Phillips 66 is shutting down its Los Angeles refinery
by the end of December 2025, eliminating 139,000 barrels per day of fuel production. Combined, these closures are said to remove nearly 20% of California's gasoline refining capacity within a year.

The train moving them out rolls on green steel rails...
