The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) shared dash cam video from a recent incident involving an unsecured load of tires hauled by a commercial vehicle driver identified by troopers as a citizen of Kyrgyzstan.
OHP shared the video on December 3, 2025. It was captured in November 2025 by OHP Troop E troopers on US-69 in Pittsburg, Oklahoma. Take a look below.
Troopers say that “a commercial motor vehicle hauling a load of loose tires lost part of its cargo. The tires bounced over the barrier wall and struck an OHP unit, creating a serious safety hazard.”
The driver hauling the tires stopped and was identified by OHP as “Kutmanali Bekbolot, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan.”
From OHP:
“During their contact, troopers quickly realized Bekbolot did not understand English. An investigation revealed he had been living in New York, where he was issued a commercial driver’s license. Troopers questioned his immigration status and, after consulting with ICE, determined he did not have legal status to be in the United States. Bekbolot was arrested and transferred to ICE custody. He later stated that he had entered the U.S. through Mexico.“
“This incident underscores the importance of our partnership with ICE. Individuals without legal status holding a commercial driver’s license are not meeting the same safety standards as legal, professional drivers and that concerns us greatly. Our partnership with ICE allows troopers to take every necessary step to address anything that threatens the safety of Oklahomans. Thankfully, this incident only caused damage to an OHP unit, but as we have seen in the past, loose tires can cost lives. This work reflects the core mission of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol—to safeguard Oklahomans by providing a safe, secure environment through courteous, quality, and professional service,” OHP said.

ARREST THE PERSONS OR COMPANY THAT DID THIS
Third world countries no nothing about safety.
You don’t believe in gravity?
That was some good driving or exceptionally lucky timing. Could have caused pretty severe damage. Video is worth clicking the link.
Strange how rule-happy control freak libs will give a pass if there’s a chance an illegal will kill or maim some Americans.
but as we have seen in the past, loose tires can cost lives.
‘Loose Wheel’ by The Balgaard Brothers
we are overrun with foreign invaders.
These illegal drivers should at least be detected, taken out of service and arrested at weigh stations.
Not surprised. I have seen pics of conveyances in 3rd world countries carrying impossible loads, often on bicycles. Most such countries seem to have, shall we say, an “entrepreneurial spirit” in which just about anything you can think of to make money, flies. Want to open a food cart? Clean out some 50 gallon drums, rig up a propane burner, dump some oil in a vat, and start frying whatever. Want to operate a taxi? Rig up something for people to sit, stand, lean on, or hang off the edge of, load it on your bicycle or whatever, and you’re in business! They don’t understand why that won’t go here.
Oh, that guys an an amateur! Now if that load were on a bicycle...

I’m surprised this happened in Oklahoma. Texas is the unsecured load capital of America.
