Not surprised. I have seen pics of conveyances in 3rd world countries carrying impossible loads, often on bicycles. Most such countries seem to have, shall we say, an “entrepreneurial spirit” in which just about anything you can think of to make money, flies. Want to open a food cart? Clean out some 50 gallon drums, rig up a propane burner, dump some oil in a vat, and start frying whatever. Want to operate a taxi? Rig up something for people to sit, stand, lean on, or hang off the edge of, load it on your bicycle or whatever, and you’re in business! They don’t understand why that won’t go here.

Not that I would wish ill on anyone, but it would be ironic if one of those loose tires bounced off some white liberal woman’s EV covered with leftist bumper stickers.
Allowing untrained, unprofessional, non-English speaking persons to drive these big rigs will get people killed. Persons allowing this to happen need to be fired, criminal charges brought, and enterprising attorneys sue them into oblivion. There needs to be punishment, and it needs to be painful.
