#BeBaldAndBeFreeDay
A bald head tells a story, and each one is worth celebrating. For many, going bald is a power move. It’s a statement of confidence, a commitment to a low-maintenance, high-impact look that turns heads. From action heroes on the big screen to the person down the street, a chosen bald head radiates pure confidence. For others, a bald head is a natural progression, a distinguished look that embraces authenticity. It’s a timeless and classic crown that requires no fuss.
Be Bald and Be Free Day also holds a special significance for those who have lost their hair due to medical treatments. For these warriors, a bald head isn't just a look—it's a powerful badge of courage, resilience, and survival. We celebrate their incredible strength today and every day.
We want anyone who is rocking the bald look to embrace it. There is beauty of a naked scalp. Whether your 'chrome dome' is the result of hair loss or shaving your head, this National Day celebrates you!
Let's be honest, being bald has some serious advantages. It's time we celebrate the fringe benefits of having your head look flawless 24/7? Plus, think of all the money saved on expensive shampoos, conditioners, and haircuts. Of course there is an unmatched comfort with the feeling of a cool breeze or a soft beanie on a smooth scalp is one of life’s simple, underrated pleasures.

Bald FAQ
Q. Should I go against or with the grain when shaving my scalp?
A. The schools of thought are divided on the topic of against or with the grain. If you want a closer shave, go against the grain. If you prefer to be gentle with your skin, go with the grain. This guidance applies where ever you are shaving.
Q. Do I need to wear sunblock if my scalp is bald?
A. Yes. Any exposed skin will be at risk of sunburn and damage when outdoors. Wearing a hat is another option.
Q. How often should I shave my head?
A. Shaving every other day or every third day will prevent your scalp from becoming dry and irritated.

It’s only important when you don’t have it.
All my uncles were bald, as was my maternal grandfather.
I was hoping it might skip a generation, but no such luck...............
I do not care one iota about any man’s hair. But women, keep your hair, unless you are an extreme leftist. Warnings are appreciated! 🤓

Finally a day for me.
A couple years ago I had shingles on my head. I couldn’t shave it for several weeks. I was honesty uncomfortable with hair.
I still have plenty (of hair and testosterone), but the pattern baldness on top makes a hard chargin' Marine Corps high-and-tight look kinda pointless.
I literally was going to post that very video.
I’m 71 and my hair just refuses to stop growing. I still have a full head of hair. Bald would actually be better for me now as I have to shower every day so my hair doesn’t look like a greaseball.

Unles in California a scarf will do
Been shaving my head bald since I was 19. My lady friend asked me to grow it out and it came back like Anderson Cooper. Almost pure white. I shaved it back off.
