IPA TODAY!...................
Hate all beer - have no taste for it, smells like yeast to me and I cannot imagine wanting to drink it.
Husband practically lived for beer, he loved it that much, especially IPAs, double and triple even. Spent a lot of time going to breweries for tours and tastings (husband got mine)- the stronger, darker and more bitter the better.
Have no idea why he loved it so much...

I’ll pass on the IPA; too bitter for me. If there is beer in the house, it’s leftover from a family party and it usually goes into a loaf of Beer Bread. :)

I have a dear aunt who made that recipe - strict Southern Baptist who did not allow alcohol in the house - except beer when when she wanted to make beer bread.
It was delicious warm from the oven.

I like wine and beer. I drink a lot, I’m retired.
My wife of 48 years does the driving.
It seems like every time I drank anything with higher alcohol content, I ended up in jail, eventually.
So wine for Thanksgiving , Christmas, for New years dinners and beer all the rest of the days of the year.
It helps with all the aches and pain of old age.
I can’t afford it daily, but I love a good strong IPA!
so does my bad shoulder and knee joints.
I’ll recognize this date (and tip back one of two fine IPAs) later this evening at a local concert I plan to attend.

IPA is pretty good but I find that it gives me screaming headaches so I avoid

He loved his drink.
Put him in the ground a couple of years ago, liver cancer got him...
