New York State Attorney General Letitia James quietly circulated a petition Saturday to other Democrats pushing an end to the “humanitarian catastrophe” in Gaza.
An early draft of the petition circulated to multiple elected officials and obtained by The Post did not condemn Hamas terrorists for the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
“We are united in this moment by a truth we can no longer ignore: a famine is unfolding in Gaza before the eyes of the world,” according to the draft, which claimed to be on behalf of a “coalition of multiracial, multiethnic, and multifaith elected officials.”
“There is no denying it—we are witnessing a humanitarian catastrophe …” the petition added.
“We urge our fellow Americans to speak out, to support relief efforts, and to demand that our leaders use every tool of diplomacy to end this crisis. History will remember what we did, or failed to do, in this moment.”
James’ office initially declined to comment on Saturday when The Post reached out about the original draft of the letter.
Hours later, the AG’s office sent out a news release with a new version of the letter calling for “immediate” aid to Gaza — and condemning the terrorist group.
“We are united in this moment by both condemning the October 7th massacre perpetrated by Hamas and an unavoidable truth: a famine is unfolding in Gaza before the eyes of the world.”
A spokesman for James insisted the reference to Hamas was added “far prior” to The Post’s inquiry.

I think Letitia has too much time on her hands and needs to be occupied with a few legal cases involving mortgage fraud.
Well... I’m sure letticia WOULD be spending more time on those pesky mortgage fraud cases however she’s another one of those “BIG” democrats that has a problem addressing the real “ELEPHANT” in the room. All Bragg asshide.
You might wonder why someone so far away in terms of status would send them a letter. It’s a feeler for a job. A resume of sorts. You know who I am. Her’s my bona fides on our latest political position. So, call me. I’m available.
Then she needs to join a group that is condemning the UN and hamas from withholding all the aid from the Gazans.
How about Release Hostages.
Then Deport Gazans to Iran.

She is a useful tool for Hamas, as France’s Macron, the AP, and the Western Media. By supporting Hamas, they are causing the starvation of Gazans. Hamas is using them as a tool by keeping the Gazans unable to get the relief food that sits in Gaza already.
Dems want to be Hamas in America, so badly.
Donald Trump should offer to send Tish to Gaza to head up the relief efforts. Give her a nice title and a $1 per year salary. And a Green Acres starter kit so she can teach the Gazians to farm.
James is seguing into geo-politics. Looks like she wants to run for president.

The media is the problem. They will print anything Hamas says, as is their duty. They do not print the counter points to the Hamas propaganda as is their duty. This action by the press makes them accessories to Hamas Propaganda.
When an American or a Gazan is without food for half a day, we call it a famine.
A day....genocide.
So what does the New York AG have to do with the Israel/Hamas conflict? It seems like there might be more local matters where she actually has jurisdiction that she should probably attend to instead.
