I once had a device called a gas caddy. It was a wheeled plastic tank that held about 25 gallons of gas. Because of the grace of God I never had an accident with it. However when fully filled it was very impressive and scary because vapor pressure would build up inside the thing and it would bulge to the point where I could not reasonably wheel it around on its wheels. I sold it to someone else with a bung wrench, which was necessary for getting into the device and wasn’t sold to me. A gas tank like that is essentially a wheeled bomb.

Should add, if it’s insurance fraud, they are about to find out that their insurance doesn’t cover riot damage and they still owe the bank.
