Seems like the judge is saying that Freedom of Speech means the government has to pay people to talk. It would be unconstitutional for the government to not pay people to talk.

That sounds like a win for people like Norm Eisen.

If Kari Lake can require them to speak truthfully it may be a way to mitigate the damage. But saying that the government HAS to pay people to talk is just stupid.

It would be like saying the government has to hire pastors, imams, etc, or else there’s not freedom of religion. When in fact the First Amendment FORBIDS the government from abridging either free speech or the free exercise of religion.

Is the President and his Cabinet in charge of any part of the Executive branch? Or, have all their duties been outsourced to the Judicial Branch?

This is beyond crazy! And Chief Justice Roberts is destroying his precious “legacy” and the reputation of the Supreme Court for not putting a stop to it.

A nation that has ~800 federal district judges making all the decisions, which Presidents have historically made without problems or questions (and certainly without court interference), means we have no President at all. Citizen votes mean nothing since our nation has been taken over by activist judges.
