Bondi Suspends Attorney Who Threw the Trump Administration Under the Bus at Deportation Hearing

Attorney General Pam Bondi has suspended the senior Department of Justice attorney representing the administration in a high-visibility deportation case. Enez Reuveni, the acting deputy director of Justice’s immigration litigation division, was suspended from duty and had his email terminated in a letter from Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche accusing him of failing to “follow a directive from your superiors.” Reuveni is a 15-year veteran of the Department of Justice and was only promoted to acting deputy director of the immigration litigation division two weeks ago.
Accompanying Reuveni on vacation will be his boss, August Flentje, the acting director of the immigration litigation division, who was suspended Saturday for "failure to supervise a subordinate."

Do you think Trump could get US attorneys confirmed with the current congress? Hopw long do you think it would take? It’s better to weed out the one’s who don’t want to go with the MAGA flow then to hollow out the legal spots through mass termination he might need.

Trump's choice of Pam Bondi to be attorney general last fall prompted sighs of relief in some Democratic and legal circles.
It's too early for Democrats to claim a scalp from the administration, but she's been on notice since Trump gave her the dreaded vote of confidence last month.
It's best to grade someone's performance on actual achievements, not "potential" and number of Fox News appearances.
By the way, Bondi was on Fox News yet again this morning, telling everyone how great she's been.

I don’t know why that narrative evolved but it did.
Which means that Freepers want to see, a series of strong actions from her , to change the narrative about her.
