A Texas high school star athlete was stabbed in the heart and left to die in his loving twin brother’s arms following a fight over a seat at a track meet, the boy’s heartbroken father said.
Austin Metcalf was attending a track and field championship between other area schools at Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco, Texas, when the fatal attack happened on April 2.
Metcalf, a junior at Frisco ISD’s Memorial High School, was in the stands at the stadium when a confrontation broke out between the teen and 17-year-old Karmelo Anthony.
Anthony, a senior at Centennial High School, was allegedly told he was sitting in the wrong seat before he drew a knife and launched his attack, Metcalf’s father, Jeff Metcalf, told NBC Dallas-Fort Worth.

Disrespected over a frigging seat... Karmelo Anthony was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
You don't have to ask.

Try him and execute him. Quickly. No mercy. This stuff has to stop. I don’t care what color someone is or what their background is. You argue over a seat and stab someone to death, you die.

This is heartbreaking.
Kudos for the Gateway Pundit for featuring this photo on their home page with the article:
Other "news" outlets did not:

Wonder how soon Netflix will commission a movie about this with the races reversed?

Carmelo Anthony was a basketball star for Syracuse University circa 2003. He went on to a long successful NBA career and is now retired.

A traitorous SCOTUS decsion in 2005 (
Roper v. Simmons) prevents Texas from seeking the death penalty for a 17-year-old low-life murderer like Karmelo Anthony.

“Try him and execute him.”
This is where it gets difficult as he is under 18. That makes him a juvenile and the state laws won’t allow it unless they try him as a responsible, mentally healthy, adult. Children have rights even if they are being used for the wrong reasons. Gangs have been sending 14 year olds out for years as when the reach 18, they, in many states, are released with a purged record into the public domain. A do over.

FOX4News:
"What we don't know: It's unclear how Anthony got the knife into the meet or what exactly led up to the fight."Don't expect the Enemedia to note this information gap.
Also, there needs to be a simple test developed to identify people with a serious lack of impulse control... besides stabbing someone to death for no reason at all, or all of the road rage videos seen on YouTube.

In Texas, 17 years old is an adult for purposes of criminal liability.
