There is one prominent rabbi and teacher that I know of, head of the Diaspora Yeshiva in Jerusalem, who is allegedly a Mason. Dunno. Never met him. My wife was a student there for a while, and got the heck out. There are Muslim Masonic lodges, too.

Freenasonry as an organization has a long history of being anti-Catholic but I think a lot of members are unaware of that.
Most of what I know about Freemasonry comes from reading War and Peace where one of the characters is initiated into the organization.
I had some ancestors who were masons, the ordinary kind who built buildings.
