A woman allegedly drowned her pet dog in a toilet and dumped it in the trash in order to make her flight.
Alison Agatha Lawrence, 57, was trying to board her plane at Orlando International Airport in Florida but did not have the proper paperwork for her pup to travel with her, WFTV reported.
Lawrence is accused of then taking her small white poodle to the bathroom and killing it on December 16. Airport cleaning staff discovered it later, sources told the TV station.
Police issued a warrant for Lawrence’s arrest and deputies took her into custody at her home in Clermont on Tuesday.
Lawrence has been charged with aggravated animal cruelty, which is a third-degree felony. She was booked into jail and hours later posted a $5,000 bond, according to court records.

I would have rented a car before killing my dog.
WOW 😳😮
She really loved that pet.
but abort your kid and the government pays for it...
She didnt have a pet. She had a fashion accessory. Poor little doggie..Fine her, permanent no-fly list, felon status with permanent no voting and no firearms.
Drown her, call it even.
Guess she missed her flight and then some.
Send her to El Salvador
Airport anxiety is a bitch.
This shocked me. Too disturbing. Makes my blood boil.
It shouldn't surprise us though. These are the same people known to drown newborn humans in the toilet.

Oh poor wee doggie
WTF
sorry for the language but I really cannot comprehend the logic, cause it sounds like our current AI.
I need to get onto flight
I have dog which cannot get onto flight
if no dog no problem.
I have dog still, no one will take dog
if I throw away dog I can get on flight
if I leave dog somewhere it might make noise or follow me
must stop dog from making noise and dispose of it.
then I can get on flight
Haven’t forgotten that POS.
Public dismemberment at the very least
PLUG THE B*T*H!
Good thing she didn’t have her kid along.
Betcha this was a ‘emotional support’ animal. Not a service animal. Businesses are cracking down on this fake charade.
