OKLAHOMA CITY (KSWO) - An Oklahoma bill is being proposed which will allow medications such as Ivermectin to be purchased over the counter in the Sooner State.
The Bill is SB426 and is authored by Oklahoma Freedom Caucus Chairman Shane Jett (R-Shawnee).
The bill requires pharmacies in the state to make chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin over the counter drugs.
Ivermectin became world-wide known seemingly overnight during the COVID pandemic.
If a pharmacy or pharmacist does not make those drugs over the counter medicine, then the State Board of Pharmacy is to revoke their license immediately.
The bill has yet to be heard by a committee.

I KNOW! I KNOW... dreaming here!
Isn’t it OTC at most Tractor Supply outlets?
I can go over the state line and buy this if this is passed.
An over the counter anti cancer drug, good call.
Is this a Jalen Hurts effect? LOL
Just the horse paste version , I think this for the pill form.
Not just Alabama and Oklahoma....
🚨We now have 10 states filing bills to make ivermectin OTC!
Missouri
West Virginia
Texas
Kentucky
South Carolina
Arkansas
Georgia
Pennsylvania
Oklahoma
Alabama
It’s got a better safety record than aspirin.
Tennessee did that around 2021. I just get it from the pharmacy in the next town over.
“An over the counter anti cancer drug, good call.”
Having had breast cancer, I take an ivermectin twice a week. It’s OTC here. Not “off the shelf”, but over the counter. The pharmacist has to provide the correct dosage based on your weight.
Just go to Tractor Supply.
The horse paste is apple flavored, it’s not too bad.
The clear liquid we have at home has a bitter taste to it.
My wife buys it from one of the pet supply companies in a liter bottle. She measures it out in Milliliters with a syringe. I always take it with some else to wash it down.
This advice comes from the ssme people who can’t define what a woman is.

Does it have a brand name? I take the pills, but they’re expensive, which are pretty expensive even though I get the compounded capsules.
Mebendazole should be over the counter too. Hoping that is next.
