I’m glad we’re getting back to CHOICE.
That said, I prefer LED...even if it is only for the convenience of not having to replace lightbulbs all the time.
Either light source would work in that chamber.
I don’t know how a light bulb makes your dogs comfortable when sleeping in a freezing garage, but here are some other options, these heated dog pads work great.

No they don’t. In a vacuum there is no heat dissipation and the bulbs burn out. We have tried everything. The only way is with a feed through where the power supply can be placed outside the chamber but we don’t have anymore feed throughs available.
Energy costs have NEVER gone down.
Incandescent bulbs help keep/take the chill out of a room, and the light is a softer part of the spectrum. Some like it that way.
For lot of people it’s about having the choice and not being told what they can and can’t have or do.
One of my little things is bright daylight type lighting, I love it, in my kitchen I have 11 100 watt equivalent led bulbs of the daylight spectrum, usually running two at a time at the area I am working in, over the stove, or over the sink, or over by the coffee maker, etc.
I bought the Walmart brand 100 watt equivalents and if I turn on all 11 bulbs I am using about 170 watts of electricity and the kitchen looks like it is sunny noon time outdoors.
The led bulbs don’t heat up the kitchen during the summer and they don’t waste electricity heating the ceiling during winter, if I want heat I prefer to focus on the area that I want heated, or at myself, not heating the attic.

The point is... giving consumers... ie American taxpayers... a choice... for a refreshing change. The leftist tyrants never want to do that.
