Over the last two weeks, everyone has heard all about how much USAID has done for people around the world, but the ones hurt most by Trump's funding cuts are the children living in poverty-stricken countries.
The Babylon Bee has put together a list below of the most essential things poor children receive through USAID:
Contraceptives: The lifeblood of any 3rd-world nation.
Pro subscriptions to Politico: Only $24,000 per poor kid.
Rocket-propelled grenades: Along with other important weaponry to battle the Great Satan.
Gay stuff: The most popular item USAID provides around the globe.
Free climate change PowerPoint presentations: How else will starving, impoverished children learn about the greatest threat to their lives?

Yes, they are real.
I retired a few years back from the FBI.
I would argue, 25% of my time was no kidding productive for the tax payer. Making America safer.
The other 75% was sponged up with worthless meetings, sometimes degenerating into gossip sessions. Generating worthless reports someone once required and no one reads anymore. Useless online training after senior management gets caught doing something unethical or illegal once again. Going on TDYs to HQs where I sit in a cube for 3 months and devize program wide processes that will never be implemented. Spending hours and hours filling out elaborate online forms (computers were supposed to make things faster and easier) for TDYs and pay (often printing everything out) which is more time consuming and complex than using a 3x5 card as once was done circa 1980.
These agencies and departments are a mess because their senior managers (SES’s) are inept, flat out incompetent as managers, forget leadership all together. If it were the private sector where there is a bottom line and employees time costs the business, most of these clowns would be shown the door as a manager.
Do not think I wanted to waste the tax payers money. Do not think I had a choice! You are inside of a system where you’re required to do this, that, and whatever else. You are required to attend these idiotic meetings, generate meaningless reports, and coerced to go to some special emphasis (feminist, homo, Latino, black) function or complete a laundry list of worthless online training courses all to check a block for the organization. Oh, I spent many hours there, but the problem is that most of the time spent was WASTED.

I RATHER LOUDLY SAY NO-—which stops her in her tracks-—
And as she is getting my change-—I SAY-—I EVEN more loudly—”BUT I WOULD GLADLY GIVE $1 to sterilize the women in Africa who keep having kids they cannot support”.
COULD A HEARD A PIN DROP. GIRL AT REGISTER WAS STALLED OUT COMPLETELY.
As I walked to get soda, lady just ahead of me said “GOOD FOR YOU”.
I DETEST SUCH MANIPULATION.
