I live in an area that has a large population of illegal aliens with many working in agriculture but many sucking off the system. Until I start seeing arrests in my area, there is lots of room for them to meet their goals.

Go after the businesses that typically employ illegals.
Audit their books to verify the identity and citizenship of each employee. Fine them $10,000 for every violation.
