Kamala Harris was all smiles and affection for her 'beloved' second gentleman, Doug Emhoff in the immediate aftermath of her crushing presidential election defeat.
But now that President Donald Trump has been sworn into office, for sore loser Harris, it is now all about the blame game, and her target has flipped to her 'dead weight' husband.
And as she weighs her political future – maybe a 2026 run for Governor of California or another try for the nation's top job two years later – she has to consider whether Emhoff is an asset or a liability.

Democrats will not be picking a woman in 2028... They’ve been burned twice... They will be reluctant to get burnt again and a liberal, left of center Democrat woman winning the Presidency is a highly unlikely scenario.
The first woman President will most likely be a Republican... Same with the first truly Black President... I’m not talking half white, half black... Or half African, half American... the main money-laundering route for leftist/statist female politicians is "writing children's books" and Netflix deals. the Clinton's worked out outrageous "speaking fees." So that may be a route for Harris.
Pelosi has been able to work out a very good insider-trading gig, but I don't think Harris is smart enough to manage that.
