On that site is an article titled: The Secret UFO Briefing That Left Jimmy Carter Silent
Within, the mention that Carter saw a UFO. I grew up less than 20 minutes away from this reported sighting (Leary Ga), we know people who were there and saw the same thing. It’s always been fun to discuss and as a teenager it was a story that spread in different directions. but what really they saw (upper atmospheric experiment) was clarified rather quickly. Years later some guy went to extremes to show what it was and wrote a doc about it. Too bad that’s never explained. Recently there was a documentary on Netflix that really should be classified as fiction and the Carter UFO was included in one of the segments.
