Jimmy Carter spoke of how completely accepted and common homosexuality was in the time of Christ .
“Homosexuality was massively practiced in some of the conflicting religions at the time of Christ and even at the time of Christ, in Roman times show that homosexuality was widely prevalent. I think it's quite significant that Jesus never did mention it.”
Jimmy Carter
Someone should tell Jimmy, too. Unfortunately, that someone will be God Himself.
Imagine there’s a Heaven
And Jimmy isn’t in it
It’s easy if you try
Did the leftists ban the Old Testament yet?
Jimmy is in Sheol, waiting for the Great White Judgement.
Sounds like one of those stupid “He Gets Us” ads.
Yes, and over half the New Testament. That homophobe Paul was quite hateful.
St. Paul who wrote most of the NT was an apostle of Jesus Christ and received more revelations of Christ than any man. Let me suggest that people read Romans 1, authored by St. Paul, for the Christian view of homosexuality.
Yeah, I saw a couple of those and they were barf-inducing.
Read the book of Romans mia......God is pretty clear on the subject.......as a matter of fact he saw fit to destroy 2 cities in Genisis chapter 19 because of deviant behavior.
Genesis
I’ve mentioned before that Jimmy Carter took every far left concept and claimed it was a bedrock of Christianity and American values.
The Jews of ancient Israel really dislike the Greeks and the Romans for the passel of militant faggots and pedophiles that they were.
There is no sin in being gay—having an attraction. There is no sin in being tempted in any fashion. It’s when we give in to these disordered desires and temptations that we sin.
Jesus never condoned or “accepted” sin, and homosexuality is a sin in the Bible. I’ve noticed that homosexuals tend to be very hateful toward Christianity and God, because their lifestyle is directly at odds with God, and they choose their sinful ways over Godly ones.
I thought the Bible made it pretty plain. I still think the Bible is the accepted word of God. Now there is nothing that says you can’t take a different view on it, but remember that it is just what it is.....a different view.
Jesus Christ did not ALLOW Himself to be hung on a cross if there is no punishment for sin. We all commit some types of sin and they’re forgiven if we seek His forgiveness and allow the Holy Spirit to take us away from our sins.
He answered, "Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, `For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?"
(Matthew 19:4-5)
Oh! The great theologian Mia Farrow. With her many romantic relationships throughout her life.
Seems like Romans were also pretty tolerant of child rape.
It’s absurd to say that anything existing during Jesus’ time on Earth, must have been ok with him if he didn’t mention it.
He also didn’t say “Hey wouldn’t it be a great idea to start marrying gay people?”
