Republican Issues Warning if Truth About New Orleans Attack Is Hidden
Newsweek ^ | Jan 01, 2025 at 4:20 PM EST Updated Jan 01, 2025 at 4:48 PM EST | Hannah Parry

Senator John Kennedy, a Louisiana Republican, pledged to "raise fresh hell" if the FBI don't share its investigation into the New Orleans terror attack with the public.

"Once the FBI has a chance to investigate all of this, working with state police, working with Homeland Security, working with the City of New Orleans, they are going to tell you what happened. I can promise you that. Or I'm going to raise fresh hell," he told reporters at a press conference Wednesday.

"But right now they're in the process of trying to catch the other bad guy, and I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt."

Why It Matters

Trust in the FBI is at its lowest in a century, according to Gallup poll numbers. Just 41 percent of Americans think the agency is doing a good job after support dropped by 18 percent in the past decade.

Historically, Republicans have been more in favor of the FBI, with Democrats less likely to have a positive view of the agency. But in recent years, the Mueller report, the Steele Dossier, the search of Donald Trump's Florida compound of Mar-a-Lago and the criminal prosecutions against Trump have shifted Republicans' opinions of the FBI and Department of Justice.

Many have also accused the Secret Service of fumbling their protection of Trump after the assassination attempt.

"We are speaking of a failure," Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told CNN at the time. "We are going to analyze through an independent review how that occurred, why it occurred, and make recommendations and findings to make sure it doesn't happen again."

The FBI is accurately referred to as the FIB.

Their default stance is to lie.

MSNBC woman just now said “Ordinarily the name and the picture of the chief suspect are not released so soon but law enforcement wants the public to look for people involved.”

Yes.

When was the last time a person of his race and of this type of last name were not sheltered for days under “name and details of the person of interest are not being released by law enforcement”.

Plus the first (late) report on the radio on two stations said “a person who is a US citizen”. They HAD to protect their illegals.

I’m not going to hold my breath. Trey Gowdy and Jason Chaffetz talked a good game but they let demonicRATS run circles around them.

Picture of him in uniform within the story.

According to Posobiec there were complaints about his radical Islamic positions and they were ignored.

The minisplit installation doesn’t quite look like it was done to code.

Kennedy’s first question should by why the FBI is the lead agency.

Cops and detectives in NOPD can work circles around any FBI agent. They solve real crimes, murders, rapes and robberies without the fancy tools, exclusively available to FBI. And neither the department or parish DAs office has the ability to bankrupt defendants or take a plea.

A very very very small percentage of agents could do what NOPD patrolman do on a slow night.

DEI hires like this as "lead agents" don't help with that low-trust issue...

The FIB is there because he crossed state lines.

But what they are really there for is to sanitize the crime, blame white Christian Trump supporters, and cover for our Islamic overlords.

“On-going investigation” is their favorite dodge to avoid any questions.

Him crossing state lines means nothing.

FBI, using the state lines thing, is about kidnapping and human trafficking. Others have committed crimes in states they don’t live in.

This about them keeping control and keeping the lid on the case. Creating and pushing a narrative.

Gee, what’s wrong with Kennedy? The FIB always tells the truth and hides nothing. He must be a conspiracy theorist. /s/

Given the recet history of the FBI, it is entirely possible that these attacks in Las Vegas and New Orleans might have been organized and executed by the FBI’s “counter espionage” units thenselves.

We have 19 days left to go, and now the FBI is watching hell break loose ?
