A Florida pizza delivery worker was so angry over a tip she got from a customer that she stabbed the woman multiple times, according to police.
Brianna Alvelo, 22, got ticked off Sunday after dropping off a pie at the Riviera Motel in Kissimmee when the customer gave her a stingy tip — so she returned with a pal and stabbed the woman, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release posted on Facebook.
“Alvelo, who was armed with a knife, began attacking one of the victims,” the sheriff’s office said. “The victim was stabbed multiple times, and items were taken from within the room.” Alvelo and her accomplice took off, while the victim was rushed to a local hospital in stable condition. The following day, cops tracked down Alvelo — although her pal, who police said was packing a gun, remains unidentified and on the loose.
The accused stabber was charged with attempted murder, home invasion with a firearm, assault and kidnapping, according to sheriff’s department records.

Now THAT is customer service!
Market opportunity: A food delivery service where the delivery persons must pass a criminal background check, must live within the area deliveries will be made, are paid per delivery with no expectation of a tip, and their customer satisfaction rating is a condition of continued employment.
I theorize this would have happened no matter what. If she got a big tip they would have thought “that chick has a lot of cash” and come back to rob her. Somebody pass this along to the cops and the DA.
But not be required to deliver to any zipcode with a crime rate of more than 110% of city average.
LOL, I guess. It was either “She seems like a nice girl” or “She looks like she would clean up nicely”
Doing the stabbings of customers that American pizza delivery people won’t do.
Exactly what I thought about....the $2 dohlers kid :)
“Now Ireland is one of the most economically developed nations in the E.U.”
Thanks to favorable tax breaks. I bought ETN stock in 2013 when they moved to Ireland.
I guess the psycho thought she should get a 50% tip.
That’ll teach her to not order pineapple on pizza.
The victim was pregnant. Oughta be good for another charge of attempted murder, in Florida.
He might take a stab at it
Well… it worked for Luigi Mangione!
Her status in life is due to customers giving her bad tips and bad star ratings on uber eats - so attacking the bourgeois is perfectly rational!
NOT for long-—THEY HAVE ALLOWED MUSLIMS TO TAKE OVER.
I was just discussing the other day that the world’s most expensive pizza was the first Bitcoin purchase. Two pizzas were purchased for 10,000 Bitcoins. Today that’s worth about a billion dollars. I’m not exaggerating.
But I have to say, this woman’s pizza was even more expensive. It cost her life.
It was!
Ok, but how was the pizza?
The “tip” culture needs to be eliminated.
They changed the meaning of what a tip is supposed to be for.
I’m a DYI kinda of guy.
Had a great pizza last week, I picked it up myself.
No tip.
No tip jar.
Great thin crust pizza from a regional franchise, ready when they said it would be ready.
Class operation, been eating their pies for over three decades.
I tend to agree. Harder to do with delivery services, but they barely tip in Europe there is 15% built into the price for the staff. Some people do tip extra if the service is good, but it’s usually a small amount and less about the money than as a signal that they did offer good service and good food.
With delivery services, like the grubhub and uber ears type stuff, the app company takes money from the restaurant and the customer. It’s obscene if you think about it though I admit I don’t know how difficult it is to run such an app. So generally I use the apps to order for pick up, or if I do have to order delivery (rarely ever do, I’d rather eat sardines and crackers or canned soup which I stock up on when they are on sale) I will tend to overtip because it’s probably a bit of a pain to drive, wait, deliver, drive, wait, deliver. It’s a job but I don’t think they make much for the work they do. The app companies treat them as commodities and can decide which drivers get the bigger better orders.
