Joe Biden Pardons His Son Hunter For All Offenses He ‘May Have Committed’ Between 2014 and 2024
American Greatness ^ | 1 Dec, 2024 | Debra Heine

After vowing for years that he would not pardon his son, Hunter, Joe Biden on Sunday signed a “full and unconditional pardon” for all offenses he “may have committed” between 2014 and 2024, claiming that Hunter was “singled out only because he is my son.”

For those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including but not limited to all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Hunter Biden joined the board of the notoriously corrupt energy firm Burisma Holdings in the spring of 2014 at a reported salary of $50,000 a month, even though he had little experience in the energy sector. Almost immediately, an adviser to the board of Burisma, started emailing Hunter, asking him for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf.

In an unpublicized meeting about a year later, the younger Biden introduced his father—then the vice president—to Vadym Pozharskyi, a top executive at Burisma, according to emails found on his infamous laptop.

Hunter Biden was only convicted of federal gun charges and federal tax evasion charges earlier this year. The gun and tax evasion charges came only after U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the “sweetheart” plea deal between Delaware US attorney David Weiss and the defendant’s attorneys in July 2023. Noreika had said she was concerned about the language in the diversion agreement, which included “details about not prosecuting Biden for tax crimes in the future,” amid an ongoing investigation.

In a White House statement, the outgoing lame duck claimed that his son was “selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.”

Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form. Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently.

The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s cases.

No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.

The notoriously corrupt Biden, who launched his 2020 campaign on the “very fine people on both sides” Charlottesville lie, added risibly: “For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth.”

They’ll be fair-minded. Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice – and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision.

Hunter was convicted in June for “lying on a federal screening form about his drug use, lying to a gun dealer and possessing the gun.” In September, he was convicted on three felony tax offenses and six misdemeanor tax offenses. The younger Biden was facing up to 25 years in prison for the gun violations, and another 17 years for the tax offenses.

More serious charges related to money laundering, bribery, and operating as an unregistered foreign agent of corrupt and adversarial foreign governments, all of which were tied to the Biden clan’s corrupt influence-peddling operation, were never brought against the first son.

President-Elect Donald Trump reacted to the News on Truth Social.

“Does the Pardon given by Joe to Hunter include the J-6 Hostages, who have now been imprisoned for years? Such an abuse and miscarriage of Justice!” Trump wrote.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) posted on X that the Biden regime was “the most lawless administration in history.”

“Never forget: while Hunter was selling access to “the big guy,” Joe Biden’s administration sent SWAT teams to the homes of prolifers; recruited spies in Catholic parishes; treated parents as domestic terrorists; and prosecuted Trump. The most lawless administration in history,” Hawley wrote.

“I’m shocked Pres Biden pardoned his son Hunter bc he said many many times he wouldn’t & I believed him Shame on me,” Senator Chuck Grassley posted on X Sunday evening.

Joe probably needs to pardon himself too.

I think pardoning Hunter was a back door way of pardoning himself.
So glad the trailer trash Biden family will be gone for good. Hope the take Obama with them.

The whole world is watching.
Joe lies and frankly, he doesn’t give a damn who knows it.

This “pardon” is aimed, not at us, not for hunter, but aimed directly a dems. Even many dems will welcome DJT on 1/20.

Hunter has already been dealt with, as he agreed to a “plea sentence”, his own words, in January of 2021.

We are witnessing past actions, hidden at the time, playing out in the news cycles.

Bear in mind that the bidEn who issued this 2014 and on “pardon” has also renewed yearly Trump’s EO 13848, most recently on 9/12/2024.

Patriots are IN CONTROL here!

Why are you surprised?

He is a snake,

everybody who voted for him is a snake,

every one who filled out the millions of fake ballots in 2020 is a snake,

everyone who counted those ballots is a snake,

everyone who certified those ballots is a snake.

Only the stupid people are surprised when a snake bites them.

the lesson here?

IF ITS SLITHERS LIKE A SNAKE, TALKS LIKE A SNAKE AND IT ACTS LIKE A SNAKE, ITS NOT YOUR FRIEND, DON'T BE STUPID, NEVER TRUST A SNAKE.

If it can be done (I personally doubt the efficacy of a self pardon) it will come before Noon on inauguration day.

The “Big Guy’s” income tax evasion is laid bare by Hunter’s pardon. I am thinking that with the Billions the USA has diverted to Ukraine over the last three years, the Big Guy has made millions that is unreported.

We’ll see.

I think pardoning Hunter was a back door way of pardoning himself.

Yeah, oddly specific date range there. Hunter supposedly cleaned up his act as a drug user a few years ago, but this covers the mysterious bag of cocaine found in the White House recently. In addition to getting Hunter off the hook, it precludes further investigations, or offering Hunter a deal if he rats out the "Big Guy."

Time for Red States to practice lawfare to bleed Hunter dry financially? Let’s see how they respond to tit for their tat.

He can't do that. He can only act on the pending cases.

And everyone knows it. He's not exactly Bubba or Nixon...

This “pardon” and its obvious date range is a master stroke! Intended as a platform for dems to migrate more to DJT by 1/20. It does upset some on the right, as it should, if one doesn’t know the deeper game-set-match being played.

Expecting more of this, and accelerating. The complete destruction of the left, dems... rinos too.

Won’t be surprised later when 0bama flees to Kenya, claiming birth citizenship, as justification.

I view GITMO as the only way to recover some of the money.

The only people happy with the way things are going are Swiss bankers.

There’s always a first, Presidents have doled out pardons to friends and donors, to political allies, and to make political points, but no president until Biden has pardoned his son.
