Meghan Trainor has some regrets over getting Botox after she opened up about her experience on her podcast.
During the November 20 episode of 'Workin' On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor' podcast, Meghan says that she got too much Botox, to the point that she "cannot smile" while speaking.
"I got too much Botox and I need help," Meghan stated while laughing. "I messed up. I've had Botox, like, a handful of times ... just my forehead.
"Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip.
"And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living - it was not true."
However, Trainor said that things haven't gone to plan as the procedure has left her unable to smile.
"I cannot smile anymore," she said before looking at the camera and smiling. "Look, this is as big as I can smile."
Brother and co-host Ryan Trainor then noted a trip the two made to Home Goods together when he told her, "Bro, you can't smile," adding, "My inside thoughts became my outside thoughts."
Meghan responded: "And now, I can't unsee it. And everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try."
She then held up a picture of herself holding a dog during a recent visit to a dog shelter: "I don't look happy. I look like I smelled someone's fart ... somebody help me!"
"I was like, 'This is young.' People gave me compliments [saying] 'You look rested.' So I was like, 'I'm going to do it again.' I just got back from tour."
She added that what she's learned from the experience is "don't try everything."
I have never seen a single actor or actress that has ever benefitted from plastic surgery, and many have been scarred for life. Meg Ryan, Catherine Bell, the lady referred to in this article, Mickey Rourke, Kenny Rogers, etc, etc, have/were all disfigured after their procedures. Those pictures of Audrey Hepburn are a classic example of aging naturally, and still looking beautiful.
She’s getting Botox at 30? That’s crazy.
Ever see someone with a split tongue?
They can move both sides independently.
“Who’s Meghan Trainor?“
Danged if I know.
A lot of men are doing this ridiculous cosmetic stuff too.
Some on FOX too.
kinda like a democrat...
Why do naturally pretty women seem to feel they need to *enhance* their looks?
Sheesh, thank God for what you have. You’re not improving anything.
AFAIK, Diane Keaton has not succumbed to this ridiculous trend. She always has looked natural and great.
Who the heck is Meghan Trainor? /s
“I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart..”
A. 80% of people don’t care and the other 20% have schadenfreude.
B. The stench is herself.
How many PSI can you get in them?
I don’t know if this is true. I read it somewhere but...
Supposedly someone asked Audrey Hepburn about her wrinkles. She replied, “I’m a mother. I EARNED them!”
Probably not true but it kind of sounds like something she might have said.
I’ve seen snake tongues.
I had botox once for an anal fissure. These toolbags get it at the other end of the pipe.
depends...
Well, they weren’t actresses, but Jacqueline Onassis and Kellyanne Conway appeared to have had cosmetic surgery, and I thought it turned out great for both of them; even though it doesn’t with all.
The problem is that even when it’s very well done, it doesn’t age well.
Entertaining singer.
An attractive Thick gal.
Her song told about not listening to others.
Just be what you are.
To bad she didn’t listen to her own advice.
“Yeah, my mama she told me “don’t worry about your size.
She says, “Boys like a little more booty to hold at night”
It’s all about that Bass - very catchy indeed.
Well, she was definitely a mother; and mothers certainly HAVE earned their wrinkles :-)
Maybe they just want a job as a toilet plunger.
It’s OK.
It’s all about the bass.
