Squat when in the bathroom.
Push up the Christmas tree into the attic when the season is over.
Pull up the tabs on canned beer.
Dips the Fritos Scoops chip in the hot bean dip.
Lunges at the wife at bedtime to no avail because of her headache.

At my age, putting on my socks is a workout. I have to rest afterward.

Men? Women should do these, too.
I've seen what old age looks like after a lifetime of zero exercise of any kind and it ain't pretty. You can expect loss of balance, falls, hospitalization, and rapid decline.
Come on, people. Stay strong and do SOMETHING. Even walking, treadmills, stationary bike. Fire up YouTube and do yoga, pilates, anything.
Do *something* ...

Umm shouldn’t they also be fully vaccinated and triple masked?
Why not take a series of big beautiful life saving clot shots and mask up for your $58 thanksgiving feast for 10? Free for children under 6.
Sincerely, pyramid hand sign guy.

Today, on my 91st birthday, I can do 5 pushups and one squat...
(Although for the squat, my wife has to call my daughter or one of my sons to help me back to my feet.)...
Then take a nap...
