Kind of an anti meat list for the most part. The Omelet Muffins sound good.

Cottage cheese with grapes and peanuts.

Eggs however you like them, slice of Ezekiel bread, fruit.

Plain yogurt, berries, nuts. Mix in some hemp hearts.

Leftover dinner meat, leftover veggies.

Cup of black-eyed peas, shot of tabasco, tortilla with hummus.

All from scratch.

Avoid processed/frozen breakfasts like they are blue-haired leftists. Bad bad bad.

We are so far gone, there is almost no way to be decadent these days, aside from eating cake and ice cream for breakfast.

Oats are not a very healthy food. Basically, they are horse food. The pesticides alone, beside whatever falls in purposely or accidentaly. Man was made to eat meat, throw in some veggies for filler.

Been cleaning out the freezer and had a 1 pound tube of sausage that I just fried up. That will become dirty rice and sausage gravy. Never made either but I’ll figure it out. I’m cheating with the dirty rice and using a box of Zatarian’s dirty rice; just add sausage.

You got a sausage gravy recipe?
