The question arises because, of all the 330 million people in the United States, Saturdays' edition of MSNBC's The Weekend chose Marc Elias to attack Pam Bondi -- Trump's AG nominee -- as a 2020 "election denier," and someone who had suggested the existence of "fake ballots."
This is the same Marc Elias who is fresh from his failure to steal the Pennsylvania senatorial election for his client, Democrat Bob Casey. As the National Review described it, "Casey’s strategy — spearheaded by his counsel, Democratic superlawyer Marc Elias — has turned to seeking to count illegal ballots."

The same Marc Elias dissing Bondi is fresh from flopping to steal the Pa senatorial election for Democrat Bob Casey. Casey’s strategy — spearheaded by his counsel, Democratic superlawyer Marc Elias — resorted to counting illegal ballots.
Unlike the quiet steals in California and elsewhere, the Pa attempt was so blatant and caused such an uproar that even the Washington Post frowned upon it. They were facing big trouble with this attempt.
County Commissioner Marseglia was so accustomed to being a typical law-disdaining Democrat,
she thought nothing of announcing she was counting illegal ballots.
Republican McCormick was declared the winner by The Associated Press on Nov 7. He went to Washington to get briefed and was dubbed “Senator-elect.”
Democrat Casey was down a whopping 40,000 votes at that point, and obstinately dug in for the expensive tax-paid vote certification process, hanging onto slim hopes that mail-in and provisional counts could bring about a “political miracle.”
Investigators need to determine if elected official, Democrat Marseglia, colluded with Casey, and Elias and was given “incentives” to publicly announce she was counting illegal votes to aid Casey.
