Young Women Will Never Stop Talking About Sexism

I was not going to write any more election post-mortems based on the current data. California is still counting votes, and it will take months for the whole picture of the electorate to come into focus.
But that hasn’t stopped chatter from
strategists and
politicians about the ways Democrats should change their candidates and messaging. There has been heavy emphasis on appealing to young men specifically, with many advising that the left should go about manufacturing its own Joe Rogan. One articulation of this viewpoint comes from Richard Reeves, who writes in an op-ed in The Boston Globe that
Democrats shouldn’t talk about sexism, and claims that the problem is that they haven’t focused enough on issues affecting boys and men. James Carville
keeps repeating the charge that “preachy females” are the problem and Democratic messaging comes across as “too feminine.”
It feels absurd to ask rank-and-file Democrats to stop talking about sexism when Donald Trump himself and several of his cabinet picks so far have credible accusations of sexual misconduct lodged against them, and when Trump’s campaign sunk to new lows in disparaging
women.

She should not be allowed to open her pie hole in public until she has proven herself innocent of the accusation.

It feels absurd to ask rank-and-file Democrats to stop talking about sexism... Which is one of the many reasons that the Dims aren't taken seriously. They've accused their political opponents of sexism and racism and every other -ism so much that they've shot their wad.

“with many advising that the left should go about manufacturing its own Joe Rogan.”
Idiots. Joe Rogan was a lefty. Then they tried to cancel him for not getting vaxxed and taking Ivermectin. And he still was a lefty. Then he endorsed RFK Jr. and bad mouthed Trump. Then Trump went on his show and he begrudgingly endorsed him. Rogan had to be dragged to our side kicking and screaming.

What’s absurd is that democrat women complain about sexism yet still fail to mow the lawn.

I was telling my wife about the story the TYT woman told about a guy grabbing her hips and pushing his erection into her. My wife said that’s just normal stuff women have to put up with. We’re 70 and we were married at 44. She just sees this kind of stuff as something young women have to put up with. Not all men are saints.

Young Women Will Never Stop Talking About SexismI'm sure that's true. There will always be young women who talk about sexism, at least some of the time.

Well, that’s actually kind of true. Since they will probably never stop talking about anything at all.

Rogan is not a conservative. He just lets people speak their mind, without judgment. To them, anyone that disagrees with liberal orthodoxy is a conservative. A “liberal” Joe Rogan is an oxymoron. Nobody would watch.

Sexism still occurs on occasion.
Once, I was the officer-in-charge of a military hospital during non-business hours. I had an NCO to assist me. Some middle easterners came in looking for a friend who was admitted. They completely ignored me and talked only to the NCO. Since they didn’t know American military ranks, they simply assumed that the female was subservient when, in fact, I was the one in charge and therefore the one to give them permission to visit their friend.
THAT is sexism. I doubt those young women have ever experienced such.

Why don't they call it
gender-ism?
In almost every other instance they (incorrectly) substitute "gender" for "sex," a socio-political head-fake meant to downplay the significance of the vast biological differences between the sexes.
In this case, however, they're still using "sex," a reflection of the fact that want it to appear women are unfairly disadvantaged entirely because of an accident of birth which they had no choice in.
