I think of it as a corollary to Coulter's Law, named after Ann Coulter, where the longer it takes the propaganda media to identify a mass shooter in the United States, the less likely it is to be a white male.

The longer it takes to identify, and/or the more they try to hide the identity of a vicious family murderer, the more likely it is someone with Gender Dysphoria.

Along the same vein, the authorities still haven't released the identify of the ship pilot who destroyed that bridge in Baltimore. Was it a foreigner? Was it a woman? Were they black? Were they trans? I suspect there's a "multiplicity" going on there.
