Covid fatigue recovery advice?
Oct.27, 2024 | Me

Posted on 10/27/2024 3:37:28 PM PDT by heartwood

I got off very lightly, except for the fatigue. Sleeping twelve hours a day would be wonderful but the bills say otherwise.

I have a physical job, a long commute, a large young dog, a house needing repairs and maintenance...prioritize means house slides...

I have yet to engage my own ‘detox’ for health matters that I attribute to spike protein (imho the symptoms vary for reasons we may never understand).

If you ping me via FReepmail, I’ll find you to ping you when I post results and, if the mods see fit to delete that post as well (a trend), I’ll ping you directly via FReepmail (obviously, of course, presuming it’s effective).

In the meantime, bone up on your knowledge of the gut and see if any of your symptoms mirror nutrient/vitamin deficiency (it could be a helpful clue).

Be well.

I get vit B12 shots, once every 2 weeks, and once a week when I’m rn down.
Been doing that for over 2 years. Keeps me going.

Yep, a detox protocol using ivermectin would be my go-to
In s recommended dose…not under dosed

The frontline doctors have recommended protocols of meds you can obtain
You can also arrange consults with these docs and they can recommend local providers

I am not a doctor. My elderly mother had extreme fatigue for years. A doctor finally checked her Iron levels, almost depleted. Low Iron destroys our hemoglobins ability to transfer oxygen to our blood resulting in fatigue, memory loss, even confusion- as it was explained to me.

Your first step is getting your iron and hemoglobin counts, a simple test by blood sample.

found an article somewhere that said to take doses 2 days apart, ie take on sat, then again on monday- same time- it takes a certain amount of time for the doses to leave the body- if you take it too much too soon, it could be bad-

My heart goes out to you. My wife and I had the fatigue really badly. We don't do anything for work but sit and type for a living, but we were having to take fifteen-minute breaks every five minutes. It was awful.

We got rid of it by fluids and supplementation: we drank water like it was whiskey and gulped down D- and B-vitamins like they were jujubes. It beat it in about three weeks after we started.

Good luck, ma'am. My prayers go out for you.

The herb mullein is reputedly good for lungs. You can get it in tinctures or tea bags.

IIRC ivermectin helps to shuttle zinc into the cells, whuch helps to xontrol viral replication.
If you’re past the acute stage, other substances might be better.

Please check out ransomnote’s links.

Go find Dr. Richie Shoemaker’s books on mold (retired but has an MD from Duke and treated mold patients successfully for years).

First of all. Have you had a full panel of blood work done?

If you DO up the vitamin D, be sure to take vitamin K2 (with fat for absorption) because Vitamin D will release calcium into the blood: the Vitamin K will tell your body to put it into bones and teeth instead of into arterial plaques.

have you found any supplements that have helped at all? My doc won’t do low dose naltrexone unfortunately- I dont have an official diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue, but I am almost positive it is due to what is called Post-exertional malaise (PEM)- I crash hard with very little work- and crash for days- it’s like waking up with the body ‘battery’ only recharged about 1/4 or 1/5 or so- run out of energy very quick- I have tried tons and tons of vitamins, minerals, herbs, diets, went vegan like a dummy in desperation, I’ve drank, eaten, smoked inhaled some of the nastiest potions, and wasted countless thousands of dollars looking for an answer-

Ivermectin and exercise. Both are so important. If you have leg cramps magnesium and manganese seem to stop them. Food sources are better than supplements. Try some toasted pumpkin seeds. They are a great snack and good in salad.

You might want to boost your immune system. Last month I was in Costco and they had samples of Nature Made gummy bears for your immune system. They had Vitamin D, Vitamin C and elderberry. They tasted so good I’m trying not to eat more than one a day - and they’re a good source of D which we need unless we live near the equator.

Get this book asap.
It lays out a course of treatment for “long covid,” as well as things for people who are “vaccine” damaged.

Plus there’s a whole bunch of other great information about the scamdemic.

How do you get a doctor to prescribe Ivermectin or do you need to buy online somewhere. I have some, but would like a large supply if I can get it. Ivermectin cream cleared up toenail fungus pretty dang quick. This usually takes months to clear up.
