Folks, advice needed:
I live in South Philadelphia, the heart of the inner city.
Some non-negotiable things: I’m not moving, I won’t surrender the ownership of my home, no surrender.
So, in anticipation of the Election, I’ve stocked up on batteries, lanterns, charcoal, matches, canned goods, fire extinguishers, cash, gold, candles, ammo, non-firing weapons, first aid supplies (wife is a Nurse) and gasoline.
Anyone better versed in this than I am have suggestions which I may have overlooked?
I like how his "loudener" also makes the bullet holes the size of baseballs.
[like-minded neighbors. There’s safety in numbers.]
Everyone could use help with the Crew-served weapons.
If I lived in the city, I’d be very concerned about (i) Arson. Mobs running the street just burning down homes. (ii) Large scale home invasions. Not the usual small crew, but mobs of hundreds going house to house looting and murdering. There isn’t anything you can do to protect yourself in either situation, unless you have an underground safe room or shelter.
Guns and ammo would help too
That’s the best thing to have.
Go thru the motions and make like you’re shooting a shotgun, then get this silly maniacal grin on your face. The girls will be so impressed.
BWAHAHA!!
The usual stuff for a few weeks including staying warm without electricity, and plenty of water some cards and board games and remember that you don’t know when riots would reach your area, if they come they could be that week or months down the road.
Think through escaping fire and routes if your neighborhood is engulfed in a fire that you must flee.
In case there is random gunfire have a room that is bullet resistant for a couple of feet off the floor, use your books or furniture, water containers, whatever.
Figure out where you would be standing if confronting a crowd, and if possible have something to get behind close to it, planters, or at least your wheel barrow or something that looks natural, stuff sitting on your porch bench perhaps, and the door or window to your back that you can get through.
If you need a sling for your rifle or a shoulder holster, or holster for your pistol to keep it on you comfortably, get it now.
Think of your car if you have to use a car cover perhaps slip something under it to pad the windshield or rear window if they could be hit by rocks from the street.
Think about rocks and have tape and plastic if you have a window that would be enticing to people throwing rocks from the street.
Have some pepper spray among your nonlethal weapons which was your smart idea for driving away bothersome people that you don’t want to shoot and make everyone angry.
Just think through everything and have a couple of power banks to keep your phones charged and take down your Trump signs, in fact try to get hold of a Harris sign in case it could come in useful.
Club, axe, knives, etc.
Sledge Hammer! deserved a couple more seasons.
One of my all-time favorite comedies.

Filling the bathtub rarely gets mentioned anymore but it was always preparedness rule number one when I was growing up, and it still should be.
Long term, fill empty gallon sized bleach bottles with water. Don’t rinse it out first, just fill it. Write the date you filled it with a felt tip pen.
Fire extinguishers.
Coleman stove.
Doody bags (Walmart sells them).
Water purification tablets.
AM/FM battery radio.
Ham radio (license not required in emergency)
Good mechanical can opener.
Implied by ammo.
Got it, but only have around half the rounds. Difficult to procure.
This sounds to me like things that you should not post on a public web site. Maybe you are just a troll.
If you expect it to be that bad that you are bartering you want silver. Coins work but jewelry is best in link chains, bangles and rings. Stuff that looks like you are selling your wife's stuff and don't have a stash.
Gold is for big stuff.
Your immediate needs are water, (water bob) a way to cook, (bottle gas stove is the best) and cash in small bills and coins for other needs. Do not draw attention to yourself.
Never look like a victim but do not make yourself a target. Kind of late now but interact with your neighbors, they are your first line of protection.
Ivermectin
Zip ties.
