I hope they are all sanctioned, and the sanction is disbarment. If they are just reprimanded that would be an insult and an injustice which would allow them to do this again to any political opponent. At the very least Trump should be able to sue for his legal fees which could be in the ballpark of $20 MM.
Yes it was, wasn’t it? I need those too :)
Glad you were able to access it.

Dang those look good!
... uh what was this thread about? I forgot...
It’s not over till it’s over. All 5 judges are Dems.
[Guy in the video is a good conservative but he really doesn’t understand the appeal process so his explanation is kind of off. Thanks for posting.
The point of it is true: that the prosecution side took a beating at the appeal, even from some very lib judges.]
A lot of people really like the flavor that comes from grilling a steak that way. Why is your method superior?
And you have stopped beating your wife?
While I’ll agree it looks as
though the chef has no idea
how to charbroil a choice
cut, done correctly, it’s
the best way in my book to
cook a steak.
Lib Judges not consumed with TDS. There’s still a glimmer of hope for the rule of law
“Decision comes when?”
Months.
Unless they prioritize it for...reasons. The appeal seems to have been heard extraordinarily quickly already. The general timeline in NY is 6 months to file appeal brief, 3 months for opposition brief (I think, it might be 2), 1 month for reply brief, then argument is scheduled. It’s been less than 10 months since the verdict that I’m sure of.
I’ll bet the *D*s are hoping this stays obscure.
Many of us on here even despaired of the makeup of the appellate court; but not even a team of 5 DEIs could bring themselves to be debauched along with L. James.
I feel extremely good about this. It was well explained by the narrator, too. Hats off to him.
I didn’t post the gif; but I don’t think culinary methods was the point of it. :)
when is this court due to rule on this?
Appeals courts don’t “toss” cases at the oral argument. They will issue a decision at some point that will either uphold or reverse some or all of the issues appealed.
Yes, but just a glimmer .
Would you think the appeals court would at least set aside the interest while the appeals court was taking its time to hear this or is it legal for the appeals court to drag it out for as long as possible in order to maximize the harm to Trump?

Looks good to me other than the flames being too high. I use lump charcoal and I use the bare minimum amount with my Weber Smokey Joe 14” portable grill. I like my steak medium well/ well and on that grill it usually takes 20-30 minutes once on the grill.
Weaponizers of the law have violated the very essence of the American Republic. Weaponizers have forfeited their right to life
Forgot to add that I flip the steak every 5 minutes with a timer set on my watch. It varies but I usually flip 4-6 times.
