I hope they are all sanctioned, and the sanction is disbarment. If they are just reprimanded that would be an insult and an injustice which would allow them to do this again to any political opponent. At the very least Trump should be able to sue for his legal fees which could be in the ballpark of $20 MM.

The point of it is true: that the prosecution side took a beating at the appeal, even from some very lib judges.

I just saw an X post saying the prosecutors were told the judges were considering sanctions because the case was so lame it should never have been brought up. They were begging the court not to consider the sanctions.

I think it’s quite obvious they will. If they allow a DA to go after someone for legal loans and the precedent is set, then they can go after anyone and no one will invest and half of the commercial midtown and Chelsea properties are already empty.

A government lawyer and FBI agent intentionally and flagrantly edited an email to obtain a FISA warrant, supposedly the most difficult warrant for law enforcement to obtain, to spy on Trump. Instead of going to jail like he should have, his law license was suspended for 6 months and he did some community service. Don’t hold your breath for any real punishment when it comes to trying to frame Trump.

I don’t know how anyone could look at the questions from the justices and draw that conclusion. At best, it looks like there may be one judge on board with judge-imposter nipples-Engoron.
The New York legal community is NOT going to let Tish James tarnish their business-scape and international reputation more than she already has.
