I have never “understood” Corned Beef Hash. The few times I had it, CBH seemed like an imitation of Imitation meat, aka Spam. Not that there’s
anything wrong with that.
Maybe I never had CBH prepared the right way, vs from a school cafeteria.

Restaurant made CBH with eggs is a favorite when on vacation.

I vote for national tuna casserole day. After all, the fake modernist church had no right to tell Christians they no longer needed to fast from meat on Fridays. Prayer and fasting are the only way to conquer evil.

I like it, family loves it - as long as it’s homemade, otherwise it’s too salty - the corned beef itself is already incredibly salty.

Have a corned beef left over in the deep freezer, I can use it for that...

Good homemade or restauarant-made corned beef hash is amazing. I will often go to the deli counter and ask them to cut thick (1/4 inch) slices so I don’t have to cook a whole hunk of corned beef to get my hash fix.

For those who live in Central NJ, Americana Kitchen & Bar in East Windsor makes excellent CBH.

Now you tell me, I already had breakfast. I’ll have this tomorrow.

I like using the little half cans of corned beef hash and fry them until just a little crispy, then I push it to the side of the pan and crack an egg into the clear area. When it is done I make a layer of hash on my plate, add a slice of cheese and then the egg goes on top.

Its a lot of calories but oh so good.

I loved corned beef hash with some fried eggs (easy) on top, some hot sauce, and mash it all up.

Sure, it looks like dog food, but man, it’s tasty.

We make about 20-30 pounds of corned beef every year. I think we still have a couple of pounds left from last year's butchering. Might use some and make hash for breakfast tomorrow.
