How many Haitians are living in Springfield?
There’s no official tally. Mayor Rob Rue told CNN the city’s population has grown about 25% over the past three years, in part due to the arrival of Haitian immigrants.
Between 12,000 and 15,000 immigrants are living in Clark County, which includes Springfield, according to estimates on the city’s website. Of that group, an estimated 10,000-12,000 are Haitian, according to a July presentation from the county’s health commissioner, who cited data from school and social services officials.
The 2020 Census estimated about 60,000 people were living in Springfield, and 2022 data from the American Community Survey indicated about 2% of the city’s population was born outside the US

In 2010 there was an estimated population of 60,000 people in Springfield. Since then 20,000 Haitians have been brought in. Adding those two numbers together should give you a total population of about 80,000 people.
So why? Why is the population today about 58,000 people?

One lady was complaining to the city council a few weeks ago that she knew lots of people who left, and she’s wondering if she’ll be the last one remaining. She said her sweet little town is gone.

This is a perfect display of the immigration problem the libs have allowed to happen. Here are thousands of aliens living in a city in the country that they have idea how many or where they are. An alien is defined as a foreigner, especially one who is not a naturalized citizen of the country where they are living.
They are using up taxpayer funds they won’t pay back for everything they touch. They are on the cuff for schools their kids use, roads they drive, medical usage that they don’t always pay for, are taking jobs actual citizens would have taken, and since no one knows they are there or how they got there, they are a drain on society bringing third world diseases back to a country that got rid of them along with a different way of life that contains crime and a lack of knowledge on how to survive independently where they won’t be lasoed into committing to the system our country is based upon. A majority has nothing to offer but problems and cost. And this is what the Biden and Obama administration has handed out. One Trump couldn’t get stopped because even his own party fought with him. And this is just one lousy city in the middle of the country. Imagine the headaches in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and where ever else the libs and the CS conservatives allowed them to be “imported”. And here’s one for ya, they are now able to create anchor babies so the child is an American citizen while the parents that are here, and unknown as such, will remain as long as they don’t get discovered. But the child is now available for taxpayer privileges it won’t pay for.

The federal government has no Constitutional authority to pick which states will be the destination of any immigrants, no matter what flavor: lawful or unlawful with a waiver of some sort (TPS, parole, etc).
It is a power wholly made up by the Rat Trash running the country, and of course that would be a long list of familiar names.
The fact that the Constitution requires the federal government to create and administer “an uniform rule of naturalization” doesn’t mean it has the right to demographically engineer state populations as if they are municipal subdivisions.
The entire reason for the federal control of immigration in fact came from the States not wanting individual state control of naturalization because one State’s standards might not be up to another State’s. Translation: if we’re gonna have open borders across state lines, we don’t want crap walking in.
And that’s it. It simply means that there should be federal standards, made and approved by the Congress. People arrive at a port of entry and if they meet said standards, they’re in. It is not within the power of the federal government to peruse the demographics of a state and decide that a target fraction of one ethnicity or race or creed needs to be planted ther en masse. No one gave them a human trafficking license.
What Garfinkel and May-Ork-Ass are doing right now is the OPPOSITE of what the Founders negotiated in 1787.
NGOs, non-profits, etc. heavily involved in this transformation-for-cash arrangement. Just one example, Catholic Charities has for years been resettling “refugees” in SW Ohio, gets lots of federal grants to do so, provides legal assistance for illegals and lobbies for all of it. Massive overhaul of the so-called “non-profit” IRS and other rules should be on Trump’s very lengthy list.

Look to where our tax dollars are being paid to town and state officials who were bought out (bribed) to betray their own citizens. It’s greed on the take and we are paying for it all. The government that is supposed to be protecting its citizens has become the enemy. Our country’s politicians are like that bad apple in a barrel rotting out from the core and spreading its fungus and rot to ruin the entire barrel.
