Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the Russian military has developed a plan to expel Ukrainian troops from the Kursk Region.
"Naturally, the military has all necessary plans but I don’t think that these plans can be discussed publicly," he said when asked when Ukrainian troops will be driven out of Russia’s territory, News.Az reports citing TASS.
Russia’s borderline Kursk Region came under a massive attack from Ukraine on August 6. A federal state of emergency is in effect in the region.

Does Putin’s plan involve T-34’s?
I have a plan to get those pesky Ukrainians out of Kursk: Russia agrees to withdraw its troops from Ukraine, and the Ukrainians will agree to leave Kursk (assuming the residents don’t vote to join Ukraine or anything).
It looks to me like Putin is happy to host the Ukrainians in that back end of nowhere (while steadily destroying their fancy Western kit and reducing their numbers, sort of like a cat playing with a mouse) for the time being. Keeps them off the front lines in Ukraine. Smart move on his part, if true.
I do feel so sorry for those Ukraibians, though.

We woke today to see the West in complete freefall, rushing to get negotiations before the US Nov elections.
Schultz 17% approval rating - finished. Britian in serious financial trouble and their Ukrainian forces wiped out several times finding it hard to send Brits to Ukraine. The US out of weapons and being forced to deal with Brics and 1/3 of the world’s nations dumping the USD....
So the Brit and US are headed to Kiev on Thursday to get negotiations.

Biden gave Putin the green light to invade Ukraine in a “minor incursion” and Putin and his crappy army screwed up the deal.
Russia would gladly trade land-locked Kursk for the land bordering the black sea.
