Ukraine blitzes Putin’s forces with 117 drones blowing up two air bases as Zelensky vows to go ‘even deeper’ into Russia

UKRAINE has blitzed Putin's forces with massive kamikaze drone and missile strikes overnight as Zelensky has vowed to go "even deeper" into Russia.

Some 117 drones targeted at least nine regions across Russia, also hitting two crucial airfields in Mad Vlad's territory.

One of them includes the Savasleyka military base in the Nizhny Novgorod, home to lethal hypersonic Kinzhal missiles and MiG-31K aircraft used to bomb Ukraine.

An aircraft-type drone was seen in the sky ahead of the strike with a total of ten “arrivals” reported.

A video from ASTRA media outlet suggests that there was a direct hit.

Footage also showed thundering explosions and fire around Borisoglebsk airbase in Voronezh region, home to the 160th Fighter Aviation Regiment.

Kursk city - capital of the region where Ukraine’s troops are staging a counteroffensive - was targeted by missiles which Moscow said had been downed.

Kyiv now claims to control 74 settlements in the region, and more territory than Russia had gained in Ukraine all year in its 2024 offensive.

WE all should be against THAT, as well as this war.

It’s gone on long enough. Let Russia keep Donbas and Crimea. End the war. Enough Ukrainian and Russians have died already. Ukraine doesn’t need provinces of people who don’t want to be Ukrainian. But Russia should not keep provinces of people who don’t want to be Russian. Have a neutral election after all troops leave.

It's not just NATO countries but NATO is directly giving them arms. BIG mistake!

It's one thing if countries (NATO countries or not) want to send help to Ukraine but it's another for the NATO organization to get involved as directly as they are. I saw missiles being unloaded in Ukraine (video) written in BIG letters across the missile "NATO".

If we didn't get into other nations' business we'd be better off. And if we stopped abandoning promises, plans and agreements with other nations we'd have more credibility in the world. We'd be more trusted.

Remember when after September 11th Qaddafi gave up his weapons of mass destruction? He assisted the the US in the war against terror after 911, we had just rebuilt a new Embassy in Libya and under Hillary Clinton Qaddafi's body ended up being dragged in the streets after we USA participated in bombing Qaddafi's troops on the ground. How can we be trusted. Republicans remembered. Cried about our loss of credibility in the world. Who will trust us to help us next time?

Then there was Biden's Afghanistan how we left our friends and families behind. Kind of reminded me of the last chopper out of Saigon moment.

Why was Ukraine stupid enough to listen to us encourage them to get rid of their nukes with an agreement that if Russia ever attacked we'd have their backs.

I asked you if you’re advocating nuclear war on Ukraine, not if you care. I’m against innocent people dying. I am for the war ending. I don’t care who wins. Just stop it.

"Russia" is a dictatorship, controlled by the will and personal authority of Vladimir Putin.

After spending at least $1 trillion on destroyed military equipment and lost GDP, after sacrificing at least 60,000 Russian lives in Ukraine, what is Putin going to do?

Say, "Never mind," and retreat?

He knows, at the very least, his own Army and his political circle will remove him from power and confiscate everything he owns.

He knows - more likely - they will kill him.

Putin personally controls the largest stock pile of nuclear weapons in the world, while NATO funded conventional weapons explode on Russia, and while NATO governments poke him with a sharp stick.
