EXCLUSIVE: Saddle up! One of the great westerns is getting a remake.
Sergio Leone and Clint Eastwood classic A Fistful Of Dollars is set for a movie remake from Euro Gang Entertainment, the company founded by Hollywood vet Gianni Nunnari (300) and Simon Horsman (Magazine Dreams), alongside Italian production vet Enzo Sisti (Ripley) of FPC, and Rome-based Jolly Film, which produced the original movie.
Hit western A Fistful of Dollars is the story of a wandering gunfighter with no name who plays two rival families against each other in a town torn apart by greed, pride, and revenge.

It was a good remake. Christopher Walken, Bruce Dern, and music by Ry Cooder.
It’s amazing when you think about how much time Clint Eastwood has been handling guns on movie sets and he has never actually shot two people with one bullet by mistake.
Do have I. There are some movies that should be left alone though. I think this is one.
Clint was one of the best movie cowboys. I’d put him alongside Robert Duvall. A very hard act to follow.
Odd, I don’t remember a 🐈.....
Il buono, il bruto, il cattivo, il gatto ....
You should see “Seven Samurai”. They made it into “The Magnificent Seven”
I’ve got that one. And they are releasing it this month on big screens here in America, remastered. Keep an eye out for it.
There is also Roger Corman’s Battle Beyond the Stars. Magnificent 7 in Space.
His name - for the man with no name:
Joe, Mack, Blondie.
Depends on the movie.
“When You Have To Shoot, Shoot. Don’t Talk.”
Tuco
You forgot to mention John Wayne. I like Clint better because his characters seemed more complex. John was just stereotypical white hat “good guy”.
John Wayne was a great screen cowboy and a big star. But he only played himself. Like Schwartzenegger. Very popular but not an actor with wife capability. Which is fine.
I get it, I never liked Judy Garland and wasn’t she in the Origina. Though I hated the one with Kris Kristofferson in it. They always show the man as weak and innefectual. How about a man meets a woman on the come, boosts her to stardom, and is happy as hell to live a regular life and goes out and plays it up while she is out of town? Like it would be in real life.
It will be about gay cowboys eating pudding.
What about his son? He kind of looks like him.
It was Clint who taught us........ “Don’t let the old man in”
