That’s my favorite film of all time. But I am a huge Hitchcock fan.

JFK used to call Grant up on the phone so that he could listen to his voice.

He married a twenty something when he was 58.

From the article, Chevy Chase is an unlikable person.

I keep laughing at that line. Not because it’s funny but because Chevy Chase is such a dick and that line personifies the guy’s scumbaginess.

I almost never read these kinds of "articles" because they're just clickbait for the ads. But this one was actually very interesting and insightful. My particular favorite was the very last, which included what was said to be Grant's "favorite poem":
They bought me a box of tin soldiers.
I threw all the Generals away.
I smashed up the Sergeants and Majors.
Now I play with my Privates all day.
Now that's funny, I don't care who you are.

I’m tired of people try to tear apart anything that’s old or established. I love CG I think he was one of the finest actors that ever lived and his films are pure gold. I refuse to participate in this destruction of MY culture and heritage so some silly sods can feel better about themselves.

I read once that Cary Grant used the rumors that he was a homosexual to his advantage, to get women to go to bed with him (so they could satisfy their curiosity about the matter).

In one of his movies he has a line like "the last person who talked to me like that was Archie Leach, a week before he killed himself."

He's also very good in Bringing up Baby and in The Philadelphia Story.

I’ll say it.

He was a pu$$y and too effeminate to play most male roles.

No mans man ever had any appreciation for him.

That’s a very close third, so very different from his other roles. The interactions between him and Trevor Howard were highly entertaining. :)

Loved Trevor Howard. He carried am intellectual air about him. I would have named my son Trevor if I had one. I think the women would like it.
